I'm 51 years old and thrilled to be a grandmother, but I don’t want to look like one! I had a total lift. I’m just 2 weeks post procedure, but very pleased with my results so far. I did an email consult. Ashley answered all of my questions in a kind and timely manner and scheduling was easy. I flew into Michigan on Wednesday, procedure on Thursday and flew home on Friday. Dr Seiger was through, explained the limitations of the procedure and gave me plenty of time to ask questions.

Day after suture removal

These were taken on July, 20. The day after my sutures were removed. Still quite a bit of swelling, but I expect the scaring to be minimal.
I’ve got a couple of small puckered areas, but from my past surgical experiences, they usually flatten out.

I still think you were a lucky one as he does not have the certifications I would want for this kind of work. Please folks do your homework before letting someone take a knife to your face!

Charming, to address your statements....I flew to him because he is who I chose to to my procedure. I did my homework. It wasn't about "bargaining skills" as you allege.
He isn't who you would chose, you've made that clear. But please move along and be condescending to someone else. Thanks.

Sunnycove, ignore the trolls, I like many others, really appreciate your perspective and that you bravely shared your story with us. You look beautiful and I see why you chose him! I can’t believe how well your sutures are healing, but I guess that’s to be expected with how youthful your skin texture is.

sorry! my mistake I just want everyone to use credentials as one of the criteria to choose the right doc as I have seen some good pictures and even patient statements about doctors who turned out to be unqualified. I did not mean to demean you.

I e seen many reviews from people who went to credentialed - American board of plastic surgery MD’s - including one world renowned plastic surgeon who has his office on Park Ave in NYC (high rent cost!) who had horrible results! Scarred for life and botched! I agree it’s good to diligently research the person who’ll be cutting into your face, but is it fair or polite to doubt another woman’s choice, on her review?

Sorry, I don’t want full face photos posted.
his credentials are worrisome. I wonder why u actually took the risk to fly to him and to have a dermatologist do a plastic surgeons job! yikes!
Some things are worth cost cutting. I think you got lucky as facelifts are not a place I would use my bargaining skills. glad u are ok!
