Excellent Doctor with Excellent Results

I have always struggled with my profile since my early 20s. I looked into getting a chin implant about 15 years ago, but decided against it after I was told my face would look too big. Fast Forward to my 40s, and I was feeling even more deflated with my profile. I sought after some advice and procedures on realself. I made an appointment with Dr. Lanfranchi and went in for a consult on a chin implant. The staff at his facility are SO nice and make you feel comfortable right away. After speaking with some of the team on options, I had a consult with the doctor. He let me know that a chin implant by itself would probably not yield the results I was looking for. He showed me in the mirror what a TLC face lift could do for my appearance. I decided if I was going to do this, I wanted the best results possible. So, I booked a chin implant and lower face and neck lift. The day of the procedure was easy because I was excited to have it done. I was half awake throughout the procedure but was relaxed with anti anxiety medication and numbing shots. I loved not being put under! There was definitely some tugging and pulling, but nothing I couldn't handle. Recovery was ok - I had to be bandaged up for awhile with compression around my head. I was prepared to stay indoors at home during the recovery. My follow up visits were always positive, with the doctor and Ryan being so helpful and reassuring. I had some fluid accumulation, but it was mostly because of a medication I take. That said, everything turned out spectacular! I am so happy with the results. I would recommend Dr. Lanfranchi to anyone seeking to get a procedure on their face or neck. He's got great talent and an amazing team!
