Bad First Impression
Since i was in San Jose for a week, I made an appointment at the Rosenstock Center for a potential facelift. First impressions are most critical! When I entered the Center there was no-one at the front desk. I took a seat on the sofa and waited. The receptionist showed up eventually and walked me upstairs for my consultation. After the brief consult with Dr. Rosenstock, I asked the secretary to call for a taxi. She did not. I waited and waited and finally walked outside. There was a guy outside who managed to hail down a cab a few minutes later. The attitude of the staff (2 secretaries) was so bad, that I decided against a treatment at this clinic! As I said: First impressions are critical!
