After5 years of preparation research and procrastination on my 65 birthday I did it. I had 2 consults with both dr Lieberman and Dr Rosenstock her son. I had rhinoplasty cranial full brow lift,mid and Lower smas lift,neck lift,upper lower eyelids tucked a fat redistribution from back into cheeks. Also a TCA peel while I was under. This was extensive surgery and even with all my planning,I was concerned for my recovery and outcomes. Well I’m happier than I possibly could have imagined.

I finally feel that I look the same age as I feel

Wonderful. I look better than I ever imagined. I am 67 and had the face of my much older friends. My goal was to look good for my age. I had dinner with a friend last night and he said, "You look 15 years younger!" I Finally Look Normal!

I got a tummy tuck, breast lift, and some lipo. I had a very good experience. I am happy with the results. (Also, I loved the CheTica Ranch recovery hotel, just outside town.) The pricing for the entire trip (procedure, flights, week+ in recovery hotel) with the best in the country was less than just the procedure would have been with someone mid-career in the US.

Going back again! All of my results have exceeded all my expectations

I had a facelift, eye-lift, arm lift, breast lift with implants and a body lift. I have had nothing but great results! I am going back for a thigh lift and a few other small procedures. I just love Dr Rosenstock, Dr Cohen, the Rosenstock Liberman Clinic and Costa Rica. Awesome professionals with reasonable prices and amazing results! Great Value and Wonderful Result

This group is highly professional, friendly, always serving to meet your needs. They do not think highly of themselves, are patient and kind. My wife and I had different procedures and both were very satisfying. The nurses are warm and welcoming.
