I am not sure where to start. But. This doctor, level of care, nurses and bed side manners are just too notch. Amazing. After a general anesthesia usually I come out being extremely cold, nauseated, throat sore and just meh. I thought that was the standard. I have had surgeries USA and Latin countries. Latin countries supersede everything. But this one. Wow. I came out feeling as if I took an amazing nap. No coldness as the Gad the bed heated. No nausea ... because I told them my past experience and they my ensured I wold not feel like vomiting. My throat is like always. And I feel truly great. They have a nurse next to you that will get you everything you need. Gatorade, chicken soup etc etc. just great. I'll stay until tomorrow in a very comfortable bed with tv, ac, food etc.I am here alone and was so afraid that I would have o ask for everything but no. Just amazing. Now to my procedure. I am a mommy of five. So time is of essence. lol. My procedure requires major logistic planning. So far so good. I am in my mommy role no matter what.

Ok I had a neck and lower facelift. Dr Rashi gave me all the options and since I want my recovery to go quick and not so dramatic I opted not to do my eyes or TCA peel. I prefer to come back to this great people. So if you see my eyes not being done, it's on purpose.

My concern concern were my neck, awful jowls and just too much skin. So far I am so pleased. Thank god. I can place pics daily.

Dr Rashi and his team to include the partner doctor Dr Lieberman are great and all were peaking in o see if I was ok. Just wonderful.

The clinic is located within many restaurants, grocery stores, hotels, stores and cafes. Wifi connectivity is great as well.

After much research, my husband and I decided to go abroad for my cosmetic surgery. I received a mastpexy (via areolae, with 500 cc French high profile silicone implants), lipoplasty, and under the chin liposuction. A few months later I returned for the full abdominoplasty November 2007.

Words cannot express how elated I was with my results! Because I am petite (short waisted) it is a challenge to have a small waist. However, since then I've had both hips replaced. In addition, during the pandemic I worked from home, my husband was diagnosed with cancer (he beat it, but it was quite a journey) and I lost three close relatives. The stress has taken its toll.

It would be wonderful to have a badly needed redo. I would be ever so grateful, and am willing to use A local certified surgeon here in Alaska. Ergo I am thanking you in advance for your consideration.

Nothing new, except I am 15 years post-op. Everything went well, and I am certainly glad I opted for high profiles. Not even the trained eye knows the difference. Let me just add that many months before my procedure I put silicone fillers in my brassiere so that the enhancements would not be so obvious. Nothing could have prepared me for the contrast! You see, after a year of intense research, I'd decided that 4.20 ccs would be apt. However, my surgeon opted otherwise. He's a professional, I am not. And he was spot on! My husband is ecstatic, as am I. They look and feel natural, and because I chose areolar access, there are no scars whatsoever.

I realise a picture is worth a thousand words, but I'd be hard pressed to find some just now (especially "befores", as I did not have a cellular phone 15 years ago). Perhaps later.

After5 years of preparation research and procrastination on my 65 birthday I did it. I had 2 consults with both dr Lieberman and Dr Rosenstock her son. I had rhinoplasty cranial full brow lift,mid and Lower smas lift,neck lift,upper lower eyelids tucked a fat redistribution from back into cheeks. Also a TCA peel while I was under. This was extensive surgery and even with all my planning,I was concerned for my recovery and outcomes. Well I’m happier than I possibly could have imagined. I chose to stay at their medical spa with a nurse for 10 days and I’m so happy I did! I highly recommend doctors Rosenstock Lieberman and Cohen. These procedures have changed my life! Ilook like myself just 20 years younger! No more botox! Yeah!

I failed to mention Dr Cohen. He also was my doctor and did everything he could to make my post op visits more comfortable. The care at Lieberman Rosenstock
Clínica was impeccable.. I highly recommend theses doctors if you are considering a out of the USA cosmetics procedure. And they’re just a 3 hour flight from Miami.

One year post full face forehead and neck lift . Pleased with overall results but thinking I might have gone for more lift in the upper lids. Completely satisfied with the correction of deviated septum. Breathing is so much better. Scarring is minimal!

Overall I am pleased and have no regrets. I would recommend these doctors to anyone who wants this surgery and has access to fly to Costa Rica. I am planning a post op touch up for my rhinoplasty as I have developed post surgery callus but this si not major and definitely not a deterrent to have this surgery.

Wonderful. I look better than I ever imagined. I am 67 and had the face of my much older friends. My goal was to look good for my age. I had dinner with a friend last night and he said, "You look 15 years younger!" I don't think younger is better, but I finally feel that I look the same age as I feel.Dr. Rosenstock and Dr Cohen are professional, skilled and totally caring physicians. You are coddled by the friendly staff and every concern is addressed.

Costa Rica Medical Center Inn 2 weeks, Estella Concierge, Drivers Martin and Eduardo, Housekeeping and nurse Sonya.

At 59, I had a gastric bypass and lost 75 lbs. since I was 10 years post menopause nothing bounced back and 15 months later I had sagging tissue and skin. The Cosmetic Surgeons in my area were way too expensive for me so I started looking at other options.

I did my research and chose Dr Rosenstock and team. They were attentive, asked the right questions and gave me a quote based on my pictures. They recommended a Med Spa hotel since I was traveling on my own. I talked to Estella and felt safe and reassured by my choices. I paid for the upgraded package which included door to door for the plane and all Dr visits. She helped me set up Uber Eats for Lunch and Dinner, told me what to expect and introduced me to my nurse Sonya when I got to the hotel. Estella was excellent and called and checked on me during my stay.

Sonya was awesome, saw me everyday 2-3 times per day, preparing my bed, bringing me breakfast, running to the pharmacy and taking my vitals. She even made me protein smoothies.

Housekeeping was trustworthy (I left money out for 5 days without realizing it), understanding (not running the vacuum if I was resting) and kept my bathroom spotless.

I went to the Surgery Center everyday for a lymphatic massage to promote healing, the amazing nurses did the massage, fed me fluids, helped me shower, changed my bandages, and got me back in my elastic garment. Thank you ladies!

I highly recommend my Dr, staff, Estella, hotel and staff. I felt safe and cared for the whole time I was there.

Yeh results were very good, although I wish my bottom was a little less flat and my thighs with a little less wrinkles. Maybe when I go back in 2 years for some cosmetic dental work I’ll see the Dr if my butt doesn’t plump up and see if there is anything we can do to reduce the wrinkles on my thighs.

Bummers: I got anemic post surgery, had a day with dehydration, and had to go home with my drain. I was given medication for anemia, they pushed fluids and sport drink for dehydration, and they gave me verbal instructions for having the drain removed in 1-2 days once home. I saw my dr, she put me on stronger medication for anemia and got me in to the surgeon who removed the drain per instructions so all was OK, but with the weight loss the anemia and my age it took longer to feel better.

Even with my bummers, it was still overall great, I save about $8,000 and added a neck and face lift for the same price.

I was born with asymmetrical protruding ears -- with the left ear sticking out significantly more than the right ear - and it was an eyesore for me to look at myself in the mirror or any photo. Plus, my left ear had no antihelix at all.

I based my decision on Dr. Rashi Rosenstock solely on other reviews on here, and the clinic quoted a very reasonable price, although I admit I was quite nervous.

I flew in to San Jose, Costa Rica and came into the clinic the next morning at 8am, and had the procedure done shorty after -- and about 2 hours later after the surgery, I was back on my feet.

During the surgery, I didn't feel anything at all - other than the injection of the anesthesia. Later in the early evening - the pain started - and was very intense -- I took the provided painkillers, but from the next morning afterward - I did not feel any further pain.

The morning afterward - I came back to the clinic, where the cast was removed, and my head was washed in a salon like sink, and I took a selfie - and WOW I finally look handsome!

My ears swelled for a few days, I flew back home 4 days afterward, and now 9 days later - the swelling has mostly diminished.

The Dr. reshaped my ears -- and now my ears look absolutely normal, perfect and beautiful! -- I only wish I did this procedure decades earlier.

I've wanted a breast lift for several years now, at 48 they were south heading. I just didn't want to be left with 2 melons or hooker tits if you know what I mean. I found Rishi on this site and to say im so happy is an understatement. I arrived in CR on the 11th and went straight to their office, I'd already had a zoom conference as well as bombarded them with emails so they knew I was already nervous and unsure if I should do this. Rishi met me and went through my emails, questions, how and what to expect, my confidence grew there and then.The surgery was 12th February, just over a week ago now and to say I'm ecstatic is an understatement. Rishi put in the smallest implants possible and lifted them so well. in time they will drop slightly as I've now got 6 weeks in a compression bra. One of the biggest surprises to me is how little pain I've had. As someone whose body suffers after anesthesia, I was able to choose to stay overnight and Erica looked after me lovely. after that I've showered everyday and a new clean bra on daily. So far so good, no infection and not too much swelling. I've put cold compression on them 1/2 times a day. I have to remember that whilst im healing fast on the outside the inside is still early days, so no hands/elbows over my head for another 3 weeks, it snot too hard with a little kitchen stool. i am able to sleep on my back or side but just not my stomach yet. after leaving the clinic I was given antibiotics, pain killers, and sleeping pills for 2 days, antibiotics were 5 days and pain meds reduced from strong for the first 3 days to softer ones after 3 days. So far i have absolutely ZERO regrets, I love my new boobs, they feel natural and I know will drop slightly over the next 6 months. I will not hesitate to not only recommend but also return to Dr. Rishi for some more nipping and tucking.

I got a tummy tuck, breast lift, and some lipo. I had a very good experience. I am happy with the results. (Also, I loved the CheTica Ranch recovery hotel, just outside town.) The pricing for the entire trip (procedure, flights, week+ in recovery hotel) with the best in the country was less than just the procedure would have been with someone mid-career in the US.

I had a facelift, eye-lift, arm lift, breast lift with implants and a body lift. I have had nothing but great results! I am going back for a thigh lift and a few other small procedures. I just love Dr Rosenstock, Dr Cohen, the Rosenstock Liberman Clinic and Costa Rica. Awesome professionals with reasonable prices and amazing results! All of my results have exceeded all my expectations! Looking forward to going back!

This group is highly professional, friendly, always serving to meet your needs. They do not think highly of themselves, are patient and kind. My wife and I had different procedures and both were very satisfying. The nurses are warm and welcoming. I unhesitatingly recommend DrRashi and Dr Cohen for their thoughtfulness and professional technique. Dr Clara Lieberman always in the background providing useful ideas.
