Absolutely Gutted and Disappointed.

Now 3 months post surgery and neck, lower face, and chin area continue to show dysmorphic changes. These were not evident before surgery. Please do your homework, check reviews, speak to actual previous patients. This is the most upsetting experience, with many issues including switching me from the agreed-upon IV sedation to general and then having me under general for over 9 hours, none of which I agreed to. And this is the outcome.

I had a very poor experience with Dr. Sitapara. I wish I had spoken with an actual patient. The outcome was so poor, took over 9 hours, and most upsetting he switched from twilight to general anesthesia for the entire surgery without consent. He was still working on the neck after 6 hours, and honestly I do not think he had time to do the rest of the procedures. Outcome is very poor and various surgeons have commented on the need for a revision and the poor laxity and mid face sagging after the facelift. No meaningful change and neck appears disfigured. Now need to wait a year from the surgery to do a full revision.
