If You Are Thinking of Face /eye Surgery, Go Somewhere else

I had lower blepharoplasty surgery (eye bags) June 24, so a year ago. I was massively bruised and swollen straight after and had double vision for a round 4-5 days. It was a lot more than I expected. Within a few weeks I was concerned that the corners of both eyes were too pinched but Hagen was dismissive and just said keep massaging the scars. I also had an "accidental" cut on an eye lid from surgery, that has caused a dip on my lower lid. I have webbing on the corner on my eye and one eye is 3mm shorter across than the other. I also have eye lashes growing into my eye which is very uncomfortable. A year on from surgery, Hagen is still dismissive and actually said in an e mail that if he did try to correct it, he may even make it worse. Second opinion from Lucian at the clinic who said "he knows the theory of how to fix my issue but doesn't do it every day", and suggested I use a specialist eye surgeon I have already made contact with at Moorefields (3rd opinion)
Looking at paying again next week to have it corrected at a more specialist clinic. Bella Vou clinic not interested and are actually telling me by e mail I can have it redone free of charge with Hagen (not a chance of ever allowing him to touch me again)
