Dr Zachary Gerut

The before picture was taken a few months before Dr Gerut's "free" laser lipo. The second picture shows necrotic scar tissue all over my abdomen. The WORST part? He CHARGED me for the repair and did not even repair the terrible damage HE caused. The third picture is post "repair".

I went to Dr. Zachary Gerut and requested that he lift the outer corners of my eyes and possibly the temporal area. He insisted that I needed a blepharoplasty. I had deep set , Asian-type hooded eyes. I never wanted my face nor heritage to be completely altered and I explained my fears to Dr Gerut, but he assured me that he knew better. He succeeded in making me look terrible, as he removed skin from my inner eyes and not the droopy outer lids. Then, Dr Gerut did a brow lift, in an attempt to repair the damage (he charged me, of course) and completely altered my looks. At the same time, he did a lip implant and offered "free" laser Liposuction of my abdomen, which I didn't really need but wasn't going to turn down. Dr. Gerut wound up destroying my body, as well as my face. I was left with terrible scar tissue on my abdomen. He had the nerve to charge me for a repair of my abdomen!!! And worse, he didn't even fix it! He was annoyed when I told him I was unhappy with the "repair". The brow lift did not fix the prior blepharoplasty and it altered my looks. I do not look like my family , nor heritage any longer . My face (especially eyes) was lopsided !!! I looked 10 years older !!! To add insult to injury, he put the wrong size lip implant (he admitted this) and CHARGED me to change it . Then , that implant migrated into my cheek because he did not properly secure it. I wound up paying another surgeon $1000 to remove it and my smile has never been the same.
