I don’t know which trait Dr Gerut and his team have in greater proportions: skill or kindness. I was so impressed with his surgical competence and up-to-date medical knowledge as well as by the comprehensive and consistent display of patience, kindness and generosity from the consultation session to the follow-up care. And this is an approach that reverberates throughout the entire practice from the office manager and physician’s assistant to the receptionist and interns. I’m a very proactive patient, and therefore, I had lots of questions, all of which were answered in detail. To learn more, I researched all that I had been told about the procedures I was having, the best approach to use and what to expect, and I was very reassured that there were no inconsistencies between the medical literature and the information that I had been given. I have had several surgeries before, but this was my first time having cosmetic procedures. So, to experience this type of attention to detail and level of attentiveness that borders on affection was extremely comforting. This culture of kindness manifests itself in so many ways The anesthesiologist checked in with me on the eve of my procedure as well as did Dr Gerut himself. The first follow-up call I received was during the same evening after my surgery rather than merely waiting until the following day, although I was contacted then too. My results are so natural that no one could pinpoint exactly why my appearance was so improved. I had a neck lift, submental lipo and a chin implant to sharpen my jawline and tighten my neck and an under eye fat transfer to correct undereye hollows. So many people exclaimed, “Wow, you really look great! Did you lose weight? What is your secret?” Dr. Gerut encourages patients to bring in a photo of yourself from the past, and I did. He told me that he could restore and rejuvenate my appearance to that time in my life years ago, and he did just that! I’m sooo very happy with my results.

I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Gerut through a colleague of mine. I was eager to have some work done and had been to several plastic surgeons for consultation's. To say that NONE of them made me feel as comfortable and confident as Dr. Gerut did, is such an understatement! I left his office knowing that he was the best and obvious choice for what i wanted to have done. After a very successful neck lift, i decided to have my arms done as well. Dr Gerut is extremely professional, helpful and takes the time to educate you on your procedure first. Staff isn't pushy and answer all your questions. Very accommodating and friendly. Procedure was done on site and not in a hospital which was even better. Anesthesiologist was fantastic.

Dr Gerut and his entire staff are wonderful. I can’t say enough about how responsive, supportive and informative they are. I can only speak for myself but it was a difficult and daunting decision to make changes to my face. I don’t mind aging. I just didn’t want to look tired and droopy when I was just starting to feel better after some major psychological trauma in my life. I did lots of research and you should too. Dr Gerut not only gave me a younger, natural look with a facelift; he also resolved an issue with my nasal collapse that I had given up on. He listens and discusses with you solutions. I genuinely cannot say better things about Dr. Gerut, his PA Jessica his office manager Mandy, and Ali. Having a procedure done on your face was intimidating at first for me, and I knew I needed to find the right doctor if I would go through with this procedure. After finding Dr.Gerut, I knew he was the one who would be the one to do it. During my consultation, he took his time with me to carefully create the exact nose I wanted while giving his professional opinion as well. He answered all of my questions, did not rush through my appointment, and made me feel confident in the work he has previously done. Once I decided this would be my surgeon, Mindy the office manager worked hard to ensure I got the date I wanted and that all of the logistics were completed prior to my surgery. On the night before surgery, Dr. Gerut called me to make sure I was okay and see if I needed anything as well as Jessica who went over all of my pre and post op instructions with me. On the day of surgery, Dr. Gerut told me what would be happening and calmed my parents nerves by telling them he would treat me like his own daughter which made them trust him with their own daughters face. While on the table, everyone made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. After the surgery, Dr. Gerut calls to make sure you are feeling okay and is a phone call away if you aren’t. Jessica his PA was also my lifesaver, who I texted with all 100 of my questions after the procedure and she answered them all and calmed my nerves so much. I am about 6 weeks out from my procedure now and I am still healing but I already love my nose so much. The confidence that Dr. G has given me has been priceless and now I can take pictures and talk to people without worrying that all they see is my nose. I could not have asked for a better experience truly the most gifted and kind surgeon and the most kind, helpful, and accessible office staff.

I went back to Dr Gerut for a scar revision surgery. He was not the original surgeon, but Dr Gerut fixed the keloids I had from a bilateral mastectomy reconstruction. Took me so long to decide to do it and I'm so glad I did. I trust Dr Gerut completely. He did my daughter's breast reduction, which was why when I was ready I went to him. The staff is absolutely amazing. It's a very comfortable office. And I mean it, the most amazing staff. Highly recommend Dr Gerut.

Dr Gerut repaired my deviated septum about two months ago now. I’m so happy with the results. Because of his impeccable work, I’m able to breathe dramatically better and live my life much easier. When I was researching the recovery time for a septoplasty I was told that I’d be bruised and in a great deal of pain. That couldn’t be further from the truth because Dr Gerut has extremely delicate hands. 10/10 experience!!
