Excellent Doctor !!! I had a reaction to Permanent makeup in my eyebrows. My eyebrows and surrounding skin were destroyed. Dr. Epstein did a eyebrow excision on both brows and transplanted new beautiful eyebrows over my excision scars. Results amazing and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend !!
