The best thing I ever did!
I had a small but noticeable double chin worsened by an emotional trauma & middle age despite living a very healthy & active life.
I had 2 vials injected 2 months prior to my second session.
The swelling was intense & for about a week I had a bull frog neck that slowly went down.
this was a nerve racking period because it seems like it won't go down but it really does. Lots of scarf wearing.
I was numb in the injection site for about a month but all feeling came back gradually.
I had a completely unnoticeable hardened lump of fat under my chin that went down gradually over the 2 months however the moment I took Serrapaptase 250000IU (SPU same as IU) the hardened fat dissolved very very quickly!
Serrapeptase is said to breakdown dean tissue (fat) without effecting healthy living tissue. I decide to only take the Serrapeptase between the first & second injection rounds as there was a suggestion online it may slightly modulate (effect or slow down) the production of collagen. Even taking the Serrapeptase didn't stop my neck from lifting & tightening after the first round. I decided not to take it after second round to be safe.
After 2 vials & one treatment I was amazed at the results. I wasn't expecting to be so dramatic but for me it was. By the time I went back for my second round of another 2 vials I was already happy with the results, this time it was all about refinements & blasting the small amount of remaining hardened fat
On this occasion the swelling seemed worse initially however ice helped for about 48 hours & then the swelling became unresponsive. The moment I switched to warm heat packs on Day 3 the swelling went down very quickly. By day 6 the swelling was still there but barely noticeable.
I took a high dose Curcumin (Brand: Fusion Health) as a natural anti-inflammatory. I also took Fish Oils for added anti-inflammatory & also to metabolize dead fat cells (Brand: Fusion Health), Hair, Skin & Nails (Brand: Fusion Health) for collagen support & a Marine Powder (Brand: Pro Plenish)
which is a collagen in powder form. Topically I put on a Herbal Liniment with Arnica amongst other herbs (Brand: Zen Formula by Martin & Pleasance) which is used traditionally for sports injuries & sprains but I found it really helped when I applied it before a heat pack compression.
Overall I think if you Ice in the first 48 hours then heat & supplement you will get the swelling down & the results are great!
