My Breast are as perky and beautiful like breasts of a 20 year old!!!
There is still some pinching and pulling especially in the left breast where the trauma and scaring was larger. It still needs more healing however it feels right this time and I can feel it will be good.

Can you post before and after pics? That would really help me :) congrats on your revision though! Do you have any advice for someone who is wanting a BA? I'm 23 years old and keep hearing "wait until after you have kids", it would help me so much if I knew anyone close to me who had a BA

?Quick update on my 2nd BA revision...

Quick update on my 2nd BA revision: I'm almost three weeks post op, still feel some poking and pinching around the breast area where the strattice was placed and it is still not comfortable to lift my arms beyond breast area. Overall the breast look amazing!!! I have NEVER had such perky and full breasts. One word only: AMAZING! I can tell anyone out there that there is quite huge differences between Plastic Surgeon! Some are just ok some have skills then there are some that make you feel completely comfortable taken care off in good hands while they combine their amazing skills and aesthetic eye for the best result. So far I am happy and healing and all looks and feels good. I would not hesitate recommending Dr S Bresnick to family and friends! Thank you for an amazing job and a wonderful experience!

ORIGINAL POST

I had my original BA 28 years ago back home in...

I had my original BA 28 years ago back home in Europe. All went well up untill about two years ago when I started scaring. For my first revision I chose a renowned Plastic surgery office in MDR last year in August. Two months post op I felt pain and a poking sensation in the left breast where the capsular contracture was more pronounced. I could feel a sharp edge around the lower portion of my breasts which I was almost able to move. Went back to see my original Doctor twice just to hear that what I felt was the implant and that thats "normal" because my skin tissue was too thin but if I was unhappy I was offered to have another revision ? My implants were already bottoming out as well. I was not happy with any answer this Doctor gave me. A friend referred me to see Dr Bresnik for a second opinion. From the minute I called the office I felt that I was in a good place. Dr. Bresnik confirmed that I had developed capsular contracture again and that the only way changes to the painful implant could be made is by placing implants under the muscle and enhance the tissue with strattice to help prevent bottoming out. Dr B told me exactly what "my original" surgeon needed to do and wished me luck.
I never went back to the office in MDR. I did not have FATE in this Doctor anymore!
My 2nd revision with Dr Bresnik was couple weeks ago and went very well. The Breasts look and feel amazing and healthy. I am still healing.
I had wished to have done my home work in search for a revision specialist better and found Dr B from the beginning.
I advise all to please take enough time to look for a great Doctor one who is skilled and not only with words to avoid such a depressing painful experience I had.

are they soft?
No they started to get firm especially the left where I felt pain back then
I am 2 weeks post and still healing but they feel good and look great. Dr B did an amazing job
Hi. I read tour post with interest. I had my original implants for 22 years. No problems ever. I loved my boobs and they looked great and quite natural. I think I just left them in too long, because in Nov 14 I noticed my right breast was hardening and changing shape. It was horrible and I felt very self concious. It felt horrible and lumpy and unnatural. It was cc of course, and as it turned out, it was ruptured too. Just on day 6 post op. If you are interested you can see my post on this site. What is strattice? I haven't heard of that. Did you post any pics? Good luck. Hope all continues to go well for you. It's great when you find a PS who you have faith in. Susie
Ho Susie Strattice is Donor tissue sheet made from either human or porcine. It dissolved within a year and is replaced by body tissue. Strattice basically helps with thin skin and little tissue. It "hold" implants and helps with preventing bottoming out. Basically four months post my first revision last year I was bottoming out and implant had folded inside the pocket which created pain and poking sensation when i was moving.
