I forgot to take my before pics but I see my PS in a week or so, maybe ill ask in to email my photos before BA. I just read your story and u look great. But I'm surprised u are wearing a bra already. My nurse told me no bra just something light to cover my sensitive nipples. It's suppose to make your breasts drop naturally. No compression or anything to flatten it down . I guess every PS is different.

you actually look really good with 700cc's. ANd no i don't think they are too big for your body. U have had 6 kids , you absolutely deserve it. I have 4 and I hopefully think i'm done. I almost talked myself out of 650 cc's but my PS told me every photo i brought in was that a size( funnyhow the mind works) haha, i walked in asking for 450cc's.but lo and behold my PS told me he suspected i was larger than 350cc's that i thought i had. And he was right.In surgery he deflated my salines and said it was 450cc's. Can you imagine that? I love my PS for making me the perfect size for my lifestyle. I work out a lot and run like a mad women on the treadmill. And do weightlifting 5 days a week. So i was scared to be too top heavy to run. I let myPS know that ahead of time and he had warned me about going too big. I'm thrilled beyond words how great mine look. I think you also look great despite one dropping before the other. I don't think i read what profile you had( HPor mod+) But 700cc's look awesome for your body and i'm sure it will drop more and i would wait for about 6 mths before actually knowing final size. I know i can't wait to buy new bras. And bloating...yes i still feel bloated, but maybe its because i haven't been to the gym. Just keep doing your massage exercises and they will get softer and drop sooner. Mine are really soft and its funny my body will actually tell me its time to massage b/c my boobs feel tighter . ANd besides you don't want cc since the bigger you go the higher the chances of getting it. Do you still have steri strips on? I do and will need them on till i see my PS next week. I change mine every time i shower. And i am with you on being afraid i was too big but the only diff is now from the side i just look fuller . But from the front i can't even tell. besides the fact that i'm asian and we tend to not have any boobs, hahaha,i think mine look quite natural ( maybe its in my mind)

That is funny how sizes are different on different frames.  My friend got 650's and is about my size even though I have 700's filled w 850 but she started with almost a natural C cup and she's a lot taller than me.  Just curious Damsel, how much bigger do you expect to get after the settling?

Thanks Hun!! I was reading thru your post op progress. Are u still wearing a sports bra? Or is it more like a thin cami? I know my Nurse told me not to wear any sports bra that gives me support. Funny right? But it makes u drop faster and let's gravity take over instead of smushing boobies together and holding them up. But I love u your boobies too they look good

I was told by the nurse to wear a sports bra if I wanted instead of the surgical bra they supplied. I wore it for 2 days and my boobs have almost completely evened out. I read that every doctor has their own protocol with their bra advice. It seems universal that under wire is bad for at least a month. They did tell me I would drop super fast since the pocket had already been created by the previous implants. I can't complain about that. I am so ready to go bra shopping! Yours look amazing. They almost look airbrushed. You must be so happy.

Thanks...and the most important thing is i feel great too. Sientra is the new sili's that my PS never suggested b/c i think he works with mentor brand. But i heard the sientra tend to feel harder than my mentor brand sili's. And maybe i'm wrong but aren they anatomical shape too? Iove the look of round. I had natural looking ones last time and wanted something different. i wanted a more softer feel since i hated how salines felt on me. Are you going in for another revision soon? Yours look great tho...what are you going to get size wise?

Sili's are far much better in feel and softness than my salines ever were. IMO i know some ladies worry about sili's but i can't sweat the small stuff or i would be a nervous wreck, hahaha. Also with salines, sometimes they overfill which is great for some but they were hard and u can feel the difference. and if they don't overfill you end up with water bag feel, yuck. I hated that.
