Dr. Markmann at Metamorphsis Plastic Surgery took the time to explain my procedure and talk about all the options available. We talked about 3 or 4 procedures and then decided on the best one for me. He answered all my questions and spent a great deal of time with me. I didn't feel rushed or like he was trying to over sell to me. I have had Botox many times before but I learned more from him then I had at any of the other appointments at other facilities. He gained my trust and retrun business!
