I had dr Miller and with that said I am hoping for an amazing result. I had an open tip rhinoplasty. My recovery has not been that great. I have concerns and a whole lot of swelling. The post nasal drip on day 6 post op is driving me crazy but I hope its normal and it will stop any day now. Dr miller has been great thus far. He called me after surgery and spoke to my husband in person. So hopefully I heal fully and completely without any problems. I will keep posting my progress. U can see what Im talking about in the pics.

Some of the swelling has subsided thankfully. I go Tuesday to get the cast off. I have to say the most uncomfortable part for me was the stitches at the bottom of my nose. Dr miller says my swelling is normal. On day 7 my nose looks crooked but im assuming its the swelling.

I thought my nose was still crooked too. Every week (3wks post op) it changed slightly. I guess it's true that it will take months even years to see the true results.

My nose has for the most part stopped running and while I still have swelling which is normal alot has subsided. Cast and stiches off and out tomorrow!

U can see the progress. I myself had septorhinoplasty on 17th November and am very worried about my result although I had broken my nose at a young age and in turn suffered with a deviated septum, hump and complete bend. Like an s shape so anything is better than what I had lol. I hope u have the result u want. Ur progress looks very positive. Good luck. Xx

Thanks now that I have the cast off I hate it. I know its swollen but its so wide! They say when the cadt comes right off thats usually what your nose is going to look like I dont like it its uneven and wide. I am hoping for change sooner than later.
