Three weeks post op

Hi Real Self dolls,
It is officially three weeks since my bbl. My results look amazing. I have a very curvy natural look. My butt blends in well with my legs you can't even tell I had anything done. My hips and stomach came out just the way I wanted.

A few tips:

• drink plenty of water

•Make sure you follow a healthy diet. Make plenty of smoothies containing fruits and vegetables that will aide in healing and swelling.

•make sure you eat before changing your garment and gauzes. make sure you have somewhere there who can help you change your gauze etc ...I tried to do it myself and got very dizzy. I almost passed out.

• Don't be afraid to shower. It will make you feel so much better. Of course follow your doctors instructions

• boppy pillow! It's the best thing you can spend your money on.

•my surgery garment fit me up until close to two weeks. Since I had to go back into the office. I invested in this spanx material body suit. It's still very snug and fits well under my clothes. You can't even tell I have anything on.

•Invest in whatever bed you need to invest in or pillow to make yourself comfortable. The last thing you need during this very difficult and uncomfortable healing process is lack of sleep. I cannot stress how much sleep is important. Especially if you have to return to a job in a week or two time frame.

• when you're feeling up to it try your best to walk as much as possible laying on your belly majority of the time is not fun.

• it's been three weeks since I've gone out anywhere. Take your time healing it's ok

•I had major bruising on my thighs. I don't know why. They didn't lipo me on my thighs but the bruising after three weeks has not disappeared. Make sure you slowly massage your bruised areas with oil.

•always listen to your body

•I wear a smaller corset to sleep every night, ensure you do the same. I'm still sleeping on my stomach trying to avoid as much pressure as possible on my butt. I've had 7 massages so far and they are helping a lot. If you're from the NYC/NJ area message me and I will share her contact. She charges hourly at a fair rate.

Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Cuber is a very gentle and patient Doctor. I've been going to him for over a year to get laser procedures done on my tattoo as long as lip fillers at his office. He is aware of the look like trying to achieve and I will remind him the day of surgery.
