After previous multiple nose surgeries and reconstructions..i had trouble breathing due to airway blockage. I knew i had found the right Dr after reading Dr Ayalas profile something about him just told me he was the right choice..i cancelled my scheduled surgery with my ENT in order for me to schedule an apt with Dr A...after several visits i was convinced he was the perfect Dr just because of his treatment...i was more than content with the results..he used cartilage from my ear to reconstruct my airway...now i can breath and best of all i love the appearance of my nose...he is the best ent cosmetic surgeon in the Rio Grande Valley..im glad i went with my instinct for this surgery....thank you Dr Ayala..your the best!!!!....you also have the sweetest staff!!
