Mr Yapa completely changed my life - I can finally wear my hair up!

Would highly recommend - Otoplasty / Pinnaplasty. Mr Yapa made me feel extremely comfortable on every visit regarding my ear pinning surgery. On the first visit, he explained the surgical procedure and shown me how my ears would potentially look after the surgery (by holding them in place). On the second visit, Mr Yapa answered further questions I had for when I could resume normal day-to-day activities after the surgery/recovery period. Furthermore, he also explained the day of the surgery in more detail, and I was pleased to find out that I could return home on the same day as surgery.

On the day of the operation, Mr Yapa visited me in my room before surgery to see how I was, which helped massively with keeping calm and relaxed as I was nervous due to this being my first operation.

Finally, I visited Mr Yapa 6 weeks after my operation, and I entered the room with my hair up – I used to never wear my hair up before the surgery – and he commented on my change in confidence.

Mr Yapa and this surgery has completely changed my life. I would highly recommend considering this surgical procedure with Mr Yapa because my ears were completely different due to the shape of my ears and one stuck out more. I am unbelievably amazed by the outcome of the surgery and how my ears now look. The scar is barely noticeable, Therefore I am tremendously happy with the success and result of Mr Yapa’s surgery.
