There are no words that can precisely describe the expertise of Dr. Ashok Govila as a surgeon. He is truly gifted in his field and that is why I chose him to complete the procedures I had done. I had done much research on the best surgeon for rhinoplasty and labiaplasty in Dubai in the past 3 years as surgery is not a decision I take lightly. Along with my research and the extremely positive review from two friends who had breast augmentation surgeries with Dr. Ashok, I booked a consultation. From the outset, I knew I had made the right choice. His manner with patients is warm and caring from the first time you enter his room and you are left with a lasting impression of his genuinity and skill after consultation. His follow-up emails with before/after images was exactly as he described and he was realistic at all times about what would suit my face shape best and how best to deal with sensitive female issues. He deals with queries and concerns promptly and in a way that is easy to understand, especially on the run-up to the procedure itself. For a surgeon who has done these surgeries countless times, he certainly does not forget or ignore the nervousness and concerns of the patients whose first time it is! Even while in the operating theatre, he helped reduce my fears in his usual way with gentle humour and reassuring words. It is a daunting while in the OT, but one thing which struck me while observing my surroundings was Dr. Ashok's interaction with all members of his operating team. It was one of mutual respect and professionalism and again confirmed to me that I was in safe hands and all would be successful. I am still in my recovery stage but I have had minimal discomfort and swelling/bruising from my procedure. My healing has been exceptionally fast. Dr. Ashok has been in regular contact to see how I am progressing and to answer any questions I have as he understands that I may have queries that I didn't think of pre-surgery. I have a much more desirable nose shape which is exactly what I had hoped and what Dr. Ashok had envisaged for me. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Ashok Govila.
