Nose Reconstruction with Dr Allen Rezai After Multiple Failed Rhinoplasties in KSA - Dubai, AE

I had a difficult history of multiple rhinoplasties with complications and unnatural aesthetics. Last one, made my nose look deformed and my right nostril completely collapsed. I was concerned that In my case, there was too much scar tissue and too little cartilage to use. I’m an expat living in Riyadh and had all three surgeries there, I’d become depressed, my deformed nose and low self-esteem had put a massive strain on my life and carrier. Didn’t know what to do, and the thought of having yet another revision made me feel very anxious.

I was determined to not have any further surgery in Saudi and looked for rhinoplasty experts elsewhere. I read about Dr Rezai online and on forums. From what I’d read, he seemed like a straight forward doctor, saying it as it is and not making promises just for the sake of getting your cash.

I had a great first impression of Dr Rezai, he was frank, professional, kind, and instilled confidence and hope that he could improve my nose and make it my last revision, although he did tell me that I may need another surgery for optimum results as the course of treatment may change when he opens my nose and sees what state it’s in. I had the surgery few weeks after my consultation and now, 12 months post-op and I’m very pleased with the aesthetic and the functional outcome. I can’t remember when was the last time that I could breathe this easily from both nostrils.

Furthermore, my nose does not have that operated on, appearance anymore. It feels great to not feel self-conscious about a "plastic" look. My surgery took about 2 and half hours, Dr Rezai later told me he had to take cartilage from both ears to build up the structure beneath my collapsed right nostril and he also reduced the size of both nostrils and made them more symmetrical. It was an expensive surgery but worth every penny. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, I only wish I had found Dr Rezai two revisions ago!
