5' 4", 115 Lbs. Switching Saline Implants to Silicone - Draper, UT

I've had a REALLY good run with my saline implants! I've had them for 16 years! No problems at all! I previously had NO natural breast tissue so my 250cc implants made me a 34B. I'm switching to SILICONE and want to be 1 cup size bigger. I've heard when switching from saline to silicone you want to go 5-20% bigger (from various surgeons online) if you want the SAME size. But I want to be a cup size bigger than what I currently am with my 250cc of saline. We decided on 400cc. But I'm worried about being too big. Maybe 375cc would be better? The Dr said 400cc is the biggest I can go because they are already pushing it because they will go about 1centimeter over (towards my arm pits). I'm just hoping to find that happy medium between too small and too big for my body. I'm 5' 4" and weight 115 lbs. Thanks so so so so so much for reading this and any advise you give me. :)

Hi, I’m 5’4 and weigh 108lbs. Had NO breast tissue either going in my first augmentation, and they gave me 300ccs L and 315ccs R. You can see my current pictures that look sad with saline. They measured me at 32C low-moderate profile. Say what?! A C?! I sure as hell don’t feel like a C. They still look like mosquito bites under t-shirts. I still have to wear a push up bra. My surgery is next Thurs. and 2 surgeons recommended 420 /475 Sientra round silicone under the armpit (again). My frame looks way thinner than you, Maybe go a little bigger? I’m afraid 475 is too big! I’m going in with my wish pics and will specify I don’t want the prom star look. I still want to hide under my clothes but without the push up bra.

It did it!

This is my 2nd set of implants! 1st set were saline 250cc 16 years ago (I was 18, and had absolutely NO boobs!) and this set is silicone ultra high profile 400cc. I've have 4 babies and nursed them all, longest was for 14 months. Anyway...back to my new boobs. Maybe I need to be more patient.... I'm hoping they will "fluff"..... :( feeling really sad right now ( maybe it's the Percocet?) but I feel disappointed. I know my boobs are naturally far apart, but I really wanted some pretty cleavage... Not sure I will get some and I feel like they are too small. But I went as big as would fit my body. I was nervous 400cc would be too big, but I'm sure glad I didn't go smaller! Goodness I'm silly my surgery was just yesterday! I'm sure they will change/get better.... I need to be patient before I get all worked up. As far as pain goes this time around is SO much better!!!! I went under the muscle both times and so this time my surgeon opened the stitches where my previous surgeon sewed me up and only had to cut a little bit of my muscle to fit the prefilled silicone. (When they put the salibe in the bag is empty and then once inside they pump it up....so saline don't need as big of an incision. Does that make sense? I probably need to go to sleep now.... I'll update again soon and add more pictures so I can look back on my boob journey. :)

Its too early darling. They will fluff but it will take awhile be patient! Im on the same boat as you, My first BA 9 years ago I had 350cc saline, after having 2 kids and nursing my saline inplants look empty and saggy ..im getting silicone implants, my surgery date is Jan 15, and I still havent decided on the size, my pre op is on the 12th. But I want to go for the fuller look, I was thinking 500cc but I will wait for my PS to suggest whats better for me. How are you feeling? Even though its too early to see the actual size, Are you happy with the 400cc?

You're so sweet! Yes, I definitely need to be patient! :) I'm excited to connect with someone in a similar position that I was in! YES! I'm feeling REALLY good about the size! I was so worried about going too big! After we picked the size 400cc I called back and even went back in the office because I was so worried! I talked with the nurse again and she put my nerves at ease.... But then I got nervous AGAIN! They told me if I change my mind I have till 1 week before the surgery to make changes. When I called again I talked to another nurse for 20 min that I FINALLY felt at total peace about the size! I just felt like I could trust her more. I was partly nervous because I have a sister that just got implants 3 months ago and she did 345cc and they look really good on her.... But she's 5' 1" and I'm pretty sure her rib cage and such is smaller than me. So really that wasn't a fair comparison. Yeah, your surgeon will definitely help you get what you want. I'm excited for you! :)

I'm 5'4 and 125 lbs so I can pretty much relate to your size :)
u look great I can't even see any swelling. Is the pain getting any worse now?
January 5, 2018
I'm trying to cut down on Percocet because I don't like the way they make me feel... So I'm not sure if the pain is worse or not but I'm definitely really really sore and uncomfortable. I've only had one of the 800mg ibuprofen they prescribed and its helping a little, probably time to take another but they make me feel sick too so I'm hesitant.... But I kinda like feeling the pain. It keeps me from over doing it. Because I'm a mom, it can be hard to totally take it easy! LOL

thanks! Yeah, I'm really surprised I don't look swollen too! It will be interesting to see how much they change!

Your PS should of recommended mod+ bc their wider and have projection. The UHP are really narrow but have great projection. The Mod+ would of helped w/your cleavage area and natural anatomy to fill in the gap a bit. I have mod+ have have beautiful results/projection. Check out my review. Hopefully they settled nicely. Would love to see an update w/photos. Thanks for sharing your journey with us on RS! ❤️

I'm trying to cut back on Percocet but I'm feeling so sore! But definitely not as much pain as my previous augmentation though! So that's good! :)
