So Worth It!!

WORTH IT
Best decision ever! I lost over 70lbs and had tried everything to lose it, but that hanging stomach wasn't going anywhere. I'll admit that I was scared out of my mind to do the surgery, but my only other option was to keep it. I decided that doing nothing about it was not an option so I prayed on it, a LOT! lol.. I had a few consults, but when I met with Dr. Mills the most peaceful energy overcame me, so I immediately knew he was my surgeon. His entire team is on point and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I'm still healing and swollen (currently 2weeks post op), and I can't wait to see my final results. More pics to come.

What an amazing transformation, congratulations to you! What was the secret to your weight loss success? I can't wait to see more photos, keep them coming. 

Thank you!! I lost the weight through diet and exercise and it took me about a year. I stayed the same weight for a few years before I decided to finally do the surgery.
Oh and I'm sorry, I don't really know if I had a secret, but I stayed consistent with my better food choices & my workout schedule. I started cooking at home (and still do) and I just stayed moving no matter what (walks at lunch, dance classes, youtube vidoes,etc). If i craved french fries, ice cream, etc I still ate it, but only in a small portion size. Thanks again!

Thank u!! Yes, it is absolutely amazing, I've never been so excited! I tried on a bikini recently & i never thought I'd ever be able to look good in one! Now i cant wait to go sit by the pool. Lol
