Wanting to have flat stomach. It has taken me awhile to make the decision. I am nervous about the recovery and scar. I know that I am in great hands it's Dr. Wolfe. He did my lower face lift and neck lift in January.

Well rested and hydrated. I am really nervous about my recovery. It seemed like a good idea when I scheduled this procedure around the holidays. Hopefully I will be good to go by Christmas. I will post after pics when I can.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Wolfe and his team. I am at home resting comfortably. I elected to get a shot that numbs my stomach. It should last 48 to 72 hours. I had no issue getting into my bed with elevated pillows. I have managed to drink a gallon of water to stay hydrated. I am able to stand upright, had a bowl of tomato soup, no issue with nausea. I have not removed my binder. I will wait until Friday and post pictures. As of now going way better than expected, I know it is a 6 month journey to my final results. Not only is Dr. Wolfe a talented surgeon, he is a very nice man with fantastic bed side manner!

Good luck with you recovery! I had my surgery Nov. 7. Thank goodness up until now it has been an uneventful recovery. My advice stay on top of your pain and take your pain meds when it's time even if you are not feeling too much pain for the first week or so. I also tried to get up and walk / stand a little every couple of hours. I look forward to your updates. Happy healing!

Your updated pics look great! Exciting time isn't it!? I am feeling great! Thanks for asking! I am back in the gym but being smart about it. I was very active in the gym both cardio and weight training ( although by my pre surgery tummy you would never know it lol) Today I walked 45 min at 3.5 mph. Just easing in. I would rather go slow and steady then go hard and mess up my surgery and end up out of the gym and my surgery $$! I am 5 weeks today. Right now the hardest part is still wearing all the recovery gear. The lipo foam, compression faja and the binder 24/7. I'm so over it! One more week and I will go down to wearing it 12 hours on 12 hours off. Then again just sucking it up because I know having it on is probably what is keeping my swelling down and hopefully helping with blood flow. I was able to sleep on my side last night which was delightful!
