WORTH IT
33 year old mom, 5'6 and 150 lbs. Went to Dr. Vath in Golden CO. for a drainless tummy tuck with lipo on the hips. No drains and no extra incisions for the lipo. Minimal swelling, felt pretty good after about a week (opted to have the Exparel injection, 100% worth it). Very happy with my results at the 6 week post op mark. Dr. Vath has a reputation as being the BEST Tummy Tuck surgeon in Colorado, which is why I went to him (I wanted the best for my investment). Not only did he deliver but he exceed my expectations!

Adding some more before and after pics from 1 month and 5 weeks post op. I am so pleased with my results already and the scar is healing nicely! I've wanted a Tummy tuck for over 14 years and I am so glad I finally made this investment in myself.

I'm also down to have surgery with Dr. Vath in May. Your results are great, and it makes me exited for my own surgery! Anything unexpected about the process you wish you'd known before? Or supplies you wish you'd had post recovery?

Congrats! That is so exciting! I was pretty prepared before surgery and I did not have much swelling, which I was super happy about. But the only thing that surprised me was how uncomfortable the lipo areas were after. I was so focused on the tummy tuck recovery, that I did not realize mentally that the lipo areas would be painful as well. I wish I would have gotten a compression garment just for my hips, perhaps in a larger size so it did not impact the TT, just to have something compressing them during the first few days of recovery. I will also say that I was amazed when I saw my beautiful new belly button and how quickly it healed!! Good luck with your procedure!

After getting the BEST Tummy Tuck in Colorado with Dr. Vath, this momma is now feeling confident enough to wear a bikini for the first time in over 15 years! After getting my procedure I was extra motivated to lose some weight as well to maximize my results. Couldn't be happier!!

Did you have any lipo on your inner thighs? Even they look so different. You look amazing!!

Thank you!! No Lipo on inner thighs (I wish LOL), I've just been on a weight loss journey since my TT last October, so I think that is the difference. :)
