WORTH IT$12,400
My first baby I gain 80lbs. He was 10lbs 1oz. I was 235lbs. I'm 5'5". I was fit and active before. Second baby came before I could get the weight off. She was 7lbs 12 oz and I was 15lbs less than the first pregnancy. By the time my youngest was 6, I managed to get down to 160lbs working out getting very fit, not skinny. Although my family said I was getting tooo thin and going over bored I think they were just used to seeing me "fluffy". As good as my accomplishments were I still had "the flap" and it haunted me.
Fast forward 3 years with a desk job and then A decision of being a stay at home mom...add 20 pounds...and the flap gets bigger. Join a great coach lead gym and feel super strong and I keep up with the 20 something year olds and begin to see the old me under there peeking out. There is hope!!
Long story short. My hunny said to look into a surgeon and get some prices! I was in shock! He always said he would never fund this surgery for me that I looked fine. I already had the real self app downloaded and have been a member since 2012. Dreaming of what I would look like if I could ever save up enough for a tummy tuck. It took me all of an hour to really look into surgeons. And Dr. Jugenburg stood out like a sore thumb! I discovered snap chat! And followed him religiously. I must say I'm addicted at watching surgeries now even though mine is done.
My hunny thinks something is wrong with me that I love to watch. I told him it's very educational and made my decision for choosing Dr. 6ix that much more confident. I had no doubts in his ability to perform his best on me. Unfortunately I wasn't able to give back to the Snapchat community with my surgery. My hunny did not want it on the internet. He is very old school and was funding this so I had to respect his decision.
So I wanted to share here with everyone and give something to the community that has helped me through my Journey.
I have had some challenges in these last 12 days. No it hasn't been easy. I've had good days and bad days with recovery and I am far from feeling great but one day at a time and everyday I get a bit better. But I will try and keep this current with my recovery and pictures.

You look great!! I'll be following your recovery. I am scheduled for Oct. 17th. I'm getting nervous but so excited!

Thank you! I was sooooo nervous. Even though I knew I had the best doctor. All the worst thoughts ran through my head. Now as uncomfortable I still am I wouldn't change a thing. It gets better everyday. Just make sure u have help in the first week at least! Thanks mom and dad!! Oh and take something that will help in the bathroom, start well before. Trust me. You don't want to have to strain.

Suture removal today at 3 weeks po. There was nothing to remove. They had all dissolved! One more week with tape on my incision. Then I can add an earplug in my belly button to open it up. 3 more weeks to wear my binder unless Ido strenuous activity. At 6 weeks i can return to the gym!!!

I am scheduled for Dec 20th for TT and BA. We have very similar body's. I workout and now and left with a flap from pregnancy that I just can't seem to loose. I have abs under the flap and can't wait for it to be gone too!

Maybe because I am European too! Lol.
Yes I knew I had abs under my flap as well and now I look like I had felt all these years. The only frustrating part right now is I cant work them out and still having to be careful to not lift too heavy because I feel pain in my abs when I do. I still have fat (weight )to loose and determined to do so! My first day back at the gym yesterday! Wearing my binder not lifting heavy at all...and I can run! I go to Orange Theory fitness which is pretty intense and spoke to the trainer. They are giving me alternate Exercises in place of ab work. Will update pics soon. Been Crazy busy since I have my mobility back.
Congrats and good luck on your tummy tuck!! So worth it!

Thanks! I’d love to follow our progress. I’m so excited but super scared to go under. I have 3 kiddos, so this procedure is super scary but I know so rewarding at the end. Good luck with getting back the gym. The gym will be so tough because I workout 6-7dats a week also .

I was super scared as well. But I knew I would always regret it if I didn’t go through with it. It is scary and a tough recovery. But yes you said it Sooooo worth it! I love my new tummy!! Gym has been better than I thought. It’s hard NOT to be able to work on my abs but my butt is getting the extra attention now!! Lol. Blessing in disguise ;). Sending u positive vibes !
