Usually Thermage is used for tightening the skin on the face, however I had a provider recommend it for a problem area under on my gluteal folds where I was holding some stubborn fat, although I am thin. No amount of exercise could smooth the area until we tried Thermage. A must try if you have this problem area! I also think it would work well for the problem area above the knees since that has a similar appearance to what I had beforehand.

I used thermage on my face and neck and aside from the excruciating pain and cost, I have not seen seen any improvement. They initially sold me cool sculpting, and Thermo and then told me that would not not help now my stomach is just wrinkled.

Did you consider other treatments for this area like CoolSculpting or SculpSure?
