I came from out of the country and worked with the English team. Leading up to my arrival, it was easy to communicate via Whatsapp. The appointments were scheduled, fee pricing was provided, and all questions were answered. Once I arrived, the facility itself is very clean. The staff was very professional and I always had English interpretation available. I scheduled my consultation and surgery on the same day, and all of my questions were answered with clear expectations, timelines, and follow-up. The team even took me to the pharmacy on the first floor of the building to pick up my medications. They regularly checked in on me post-op, and provided clear instructions on after-care. I am only 7 days post-op with almost no bruising, and minimal swelling. I had no pain since I left the hospital. Overall wonderful staff and service.
