Had Breast Implants Deflated by Doctor, and Am Going from 365cc Saline Unders to 450cc Saline Unders - Dothan, AL
ORIGINAL POST
One implant was deflated and the other bottomed...
$3,000
One implant was deflated and the other bottomed out. I couldn't get them replaced right away, so I asked Dr. Baker to deflate the other one. Turns out the other implant wasn't fully deflated! I had them both deflated and winded up with shriveled up raisins. This was about 9 months ago.
So fast forward to replacing my implants. I thought that I would get a smaller implant, maybe 300 to 325cc's but the doctor said there is too much skin! I have just started working out again and big boobs do not fit with my lifestyle at all. If I could afford it I would have gotten a lift and small implants. Sigh.....I think 450cc's will be too big for me at 5'4 135lbs. Dr. Baker says that with my chest width I have to be a D.

Getting Nervous Surgery 9 Days
I have been looking at boobs 24/7. I think that I should stay busy and stop making myself crazy! Actually I don't think anyone knows exactly how you will look after surgery, because everyone is different. I 'm sure they have a general idea, but as I see from the gallery no two bodies are identical. I love my doctor, and have seen his beautiful work but there's only so much he can do. I don't expect miracles, especially at my age. I'm worried about not having enough tissue, and that's something that my surgeon can not help. I was hoping for smaller implants to not bottom out again! I also wanted silicone, but monetarily could not do it. I love the way silicone feels. Dr. Baker thinks I should get silicone, and since implants only last about 10-15 years my next ones with be silicone. Those will be my final ones!

7 more days until surgery! It's cold and I just want to be lazy but got to keep moving to heal better!
I've been reading about how to prepare yourself for surgery, and exercise even if it's one week before is the best thing you can do. I've been eating lots of oranges for vitamin C , spinach, yogurt, and multi vitamin. I'm trying! Lol

I didn't realize you haven't had yours removed yet. Following you now. You will do great!! I hope you will love yourself the way you are and not re-implant. I agree that silicone feels much better, but there is so much danger with silicone. So many women on her got ill after having silicone implants put in. As much as I would like to get new one's with silicone, I'm hoping I will be able to accept my boyish chest once again.

These are my last implants! I'm saving for a lift, and removal. I just hate having all this skin! I can't wear a regular bra they fall out the bottom or the top. It's like trying to put jello in a bra! Lol

Thank you so much. I already know that I will not like the implants. I've never felt like they were part of my body, but I hate the lose skin more though. God Bless You ~j~
How long had you had your implants until your implant first deflated? Glad your doctor understands your ultimate goal of being somewhat smaller for your new lifestyle. I'm sure he'll get as close as possible with good results. Hoping you'll help kick start the January 2016 breast implant revision forum by commenting. ;) Good luck and update us often!
Yea, I suppose it's rare for this to happen twice. Hopefully this time you will be problem free for many, many years! ;)
