Just wrote a long update and it got erased when I was uploading pics...so here's the shorter version:
My incision is finally starting to stop bleed and look like puss (tmi/disgusting)
I'm still hard & stiff.. Especially when I lay on my back for too long.
The skin find snap back in my back so it's little love handles.. I haven't been to the gym yet bc I was too scared to open my incision more. In 2 week I'll probably start lifting weights.

Ok, I'm going to attempt to post some pics..the good, bad & ugly.. I have a problem with my incision (I think I ripped it opened or something) you'll see that..and you'll also see my scary belly button. (I don't think it's suppose to look like that, could be wrong)
Almost 2 weeks post op
Hi guys, just wanted to give a quick follow up on my recovery thus far..
So tomorrow makes it 2 weeks since my surgery, it feels like I just had it a few days ago! I know everyone recovers at different speeds and I'm one that's in the super slow lane..
1st, I still can't walk straight up.. Idk if it's bc my boobies are kinda big or if I'm just terrified of ripping open my stitches (which this could be the reason) but I'm walking like the Hunched Back of Notre Dame! And bad enough I started work on Monday (didn't have much time to rest) so in really struggling out here trying to keep up with the NYC pace!
2nd.. I was (tmi) constipated the ENTIRE time I was in DR. (For 9 days, 8 nights) and when I came home it was a disaster. I took Collace when I was down there but I think my butt was shy and didn't want to perform.. 2 days later of being back home and not going, I went to the hospital bc I thought I ripped something (lol, tmi). They didn't do anything just sent me gone to take an enema, which did the trick.
3rd.. (Not sure why I'm counting but might as well continue lol) Yily didn't an amazing job with my stomach and butt.. What I don't care for is my hips. I should've told her not put any fat to my hips. I just assumed that since I have thick ol' thighs, she wouldn't do it.
4.. I went to DR by myself, and I am soooo thankful that the ladies at the recovery house was so helpful and friendly!! I mean, I was so overwhelmed with all the love from the girls (especially the morning when I was about to pass out) they really helped a lost sista out! Lol
5.. My body is so damn stiff ya'll.. Just had to say that..lol.. I got massages when I was in DR but haven't gotten any since I've been home.. Hopefully this weekend that will happen.
6..I think my booty is getting bigger. Lol.. I told her I didn't want a big butt, just wanted it filled it, and she did exactly that! I'm really liking what I see so far.
7.. My belly button looks scary.. No other way of putting it. Lol. I'm kind of terrified to look at it too long. Lol, just waiting for it to heal.
8.. I had to fly back to NY with my drain. Bc I stayed for 8 nights, and Yily wanted the drain in for 14days, I had to come back with it.. I had my cousin (whose not a nurse) take it out Sunday (11 days after surgery) and it was cool. I wasn't draining a lot the last few days so I was comfortable taking it out earlier than 14 days (plus I didn't want to go to work with it). I suggest if you have someone taking it out, have them do it nice and slow.
9..the stage one garment that Yily gives feels like butter on my skin, not looking forward to the 2nd stage.
That's all I can think of right now.. Will write more another time!
