I've had three kids and my tummy is looking gross. I like the way Dr Yily sculpts the waist and I am thinking of using her for my surgery. I did contact a Dr Hedden in Alabama where I live and he has good reviews however, his tummy tucks are not like Yily's. Yily sculpts the waist really nice. I want an hour glass shape. I am going to contact her on Monday and hopefully she will respond. I am looking forward to feeling comfortable in my skin again and a new me!

Upgrdme have you ever had anything done by Dr Yily? I did send her an email over the weekend but have not yet heard back from her. I keep checking my email! If i don't hear back from her by Friday I will call her cell and hopefully she will pick up. Had a consultation already with Dr Hedden for tummy tuck , fat transfer and redoing my boobs for $12000 cash. But I think I will let Yily do my TT and Lipo because her waist sculpting skills are amazing!! I won't do my boobs or fat transfer with her or anyone else because fat transfer is not permanent. I read this girl's comment about how she had BBL with Dr Jimerson and she lost the butt he gave her after a year and a half. I don't know Jimerson but have read great reviews about him. People don't realize that fat transfer is a gamble as your body can decide to absorb the fat at anytime. I will do the tummy tuck and lipo with Yily and redo my boobs and probably a vaginal rejuvenation with Hedden ( popping out three kids made things loose--my vajayjay needs a little nip and tuck. Hedden by the way is awesome. He has excellent reviews and was very nice when I met him. His TT's are not as tight as Yily's.

I haven't had my work done just yet, but I think I just about had a stroke waiting for Yily to respond to me! A lot of ladies get so frustrated when it come to her emailing you back. If you call expect problems too! Yira is her English speaking assistant, but the connection is usually poor and Yira is not the best interpreter. I have helped 2 other RS Yily girls trying to contact Yily, my advice is be prepared to wait and attach pics to yr email. Those emails stand out because the attachment is indicated and she needs to see what she will be working with to make the estimate. Once I started emailing her on Fridays I got replies in 1-2 day instead of a full week! She does speak English herself too. I have done a lot of research on BBL too. You are deff taking a gamble with yo ass. Some only experience a 10-30% loss and the rest can be a permanent result, you never know. As far as Vajayjays, Idk if Yily does those or not but do your thing ma and nip tuck that [RS bleep] up! I aint even mad Lol!!! I LOVE Yily's results that is why I have stuck by her. I have had to change my sx date and she didn't give me a hard time. But you must have extreme patience when waiting on her.

thx upgrdme me!!! I sure will nip tuck the this loss vajayjay lol! I am have been going crazy checking my emails waiting for Yily's reply. Thanks for the advice I will start emailing her on Fridays. I am tempted to do the fat grating and BBL with yily but I don't want to go through pain for nothing. ya feel me. If i am going to go through the pain that these girls talk about i would at least hope the results will last 5 to 10 years. Anyway, will contact Yily this Friday. I really hope i get her cos i saw a beautiful dress today and didn't but it because my tummy just sticks out... so not sexy. I want my sexy back!!!!!!

@dathotchick...whoo girl i know your frustration, i had to wait over a month for a response from her and it was driving me nuts after emailing her week after week after week...Upgrdme suggested i state the procedures i wanted done in my subject line in capitals and try sending it to her in spanish(use google translator) and boom in a few hours i got a response and it was a Saturday morning too. maybe i got lucky...lol...i am now confirmed for Sept 6th and i am beyond thrilled...Good luck!

oh by the way i was reading up on the bbl issue you mentioned in one of your above posts and i found out some interesting information and i emailed her and asked her before i waste my time and go through the pain for nothing. so i believe she uses laser assisted lipo and from what i read this form of lipo destroys the fat, however if she wants to do this she will have to combine the traditional lipo and get the good fat for the grafting and then do the laser lipo. I also noticed that some of the people that complained about not having their booty after a while is because some of them do what the docs say not to do like sitting on for long periods of time which kills the fat cells, some people say use a boppy pillow and that is the worst thing you can do according to a few surgeons on realself.

so are you going to ask her to do the lipo the old fashion way so she doesn't kill the fat cells? Does she even know how to do it differently? Some of the results I see here are bangin for sure. Who knows I might change my mind!!!

I know right go through all that pain for nothing...I heard some girls say the lipo is painful and j know the only lipo that's really painful is traditional, cause j had vaser lipo about 2yrs ago and I was good no pain at all and I didn't even use the pain meds. But I'll definitely let you know hon.

ok contacted Yily over the weekend 4/13/13 and I have still not heard from her. I am taking upgrdme's advice and will contact her mainly on Fridays. I guess i need patience when dealing with Yily. I will wait. I am thinking of having this done in June so hopefully she contacts me real soon.

My goal for surgery is to make me look better than I did when I was in my 20's. I am now 32. I went to Dr Hedden who by the way has great reviews).f Dr Hedden has pretty reasonable prices and even though I live far (2hrs away) I was willing to travel to him for the surgery. Dr Hedden quoted me lipo $2800 for flanks, TT $5500, breast implant exchange $3800(silicone)
He had April opening and I was about to take it until I came across real self and saw the work of Dra Yily. Wow! the waist, I want i want i want so bad. Now when i contacted her she got back with me in about 3 days. Which is not bad in my opinion.
So Dr Yily did contact me and I told her what I wanted done ( tummy tuck and lipo--front, back, flanks). I added pics to the email. She quoted me $4000 for surgery. Below is her response.
"The price for Tummy Tuck, fat grafting to buttock, BBL, liposuction of abdomen, armpit, back, flanks, waist is 4000$USD. It also includes 1 compression garment, pre-operatory tests ( TTP, HIV, Hbs, HCV, BASAL GLYCEMIA,GLYCEMIA, UREA, SERUM CREATININE, FULL BLOOD COUNT, VDRL, BLOOD TYPE Y RH) , cardiologist (EKG), anesthesiologist (epidural block), clinic fees (room, operating room, nurses, IVs, 3 meals, surgical assistants, etc).
The procedures will depend on your hemoglobin levels."

The lymphatic massages cost 31$USD each session (10 sessions)
If you want to buy a second garment, the price is 140$USD."

The problem is she quoted me tummy tuck, lipo and fat transfer to butt--BBL. Well, I didn't tell her I wanted BBL or fat transfer done. I do have an ass and I think by making my waist small it will make it look like i got a booty lift. I am not sure if she just sends people auto messages and doesn't even read what was sent to her or if she mistook me for someone else. So to make sure she knows what I want done, I resent my initial email to her but this time I translated everything into Spanish (with google translate of course!) oh and i did apologize for my bad Spanish as I was sure some of the sentences were not going to make sense to her. Waiting to hear from her. I will go in June. Anyone going in June let me know!!!!

Oh by the way I did ask if she does V-plasty and she didn't even add that to her response. Her email did scare me a little because I remember reading one girl's review about how Yily did BBL on her even though she didn't ask for it. I have to add that the girl eventually liked the results but I hope she doesn't mistake me for someone else on surgery day!!! Anyway waiting to hear from her and I will update. night night!!!

@dathotchick...hey hon how have you been? Yily finally got back to me and she does traditional lipo that's why the girls complain that it hurts so much. She says she only does the laser lipo if it is requested by the patient and it is also more expensive.
