GOAL: To have the body I never had. I was smaller...
$6,900
GOAL: To have the body I never had. I was smaller when I was young but I've always had a belly and had boobs that pointed down
Worst fear: I will die or become disabled and leave my 11 year old daughter with no one to care for her she's my world.
Someone at work started talking about how she'd daughter had a boob job and how great they looked and that got me started on this journey.

1st Consultation Dr. Bayne, Moline, IL
I had my first consultation back in March with Dr. Bayne. I attended a free informational session and since I attended that my consult was free. I knew it was going to be expensive but I did not know how expensive. 22,100-Lipo Arms, Waist ,Thighs-Breast Lift with Aug- Tummy Tuck.
If it wasnt for this site my dream would of died at after this consult. I was completely deflated.
I am a single parent who makes 1400.00 a month. I gross more but with insurance, pension, and taxes that is what I bring home. Looking for a better paying job was something I thought about and dismissed immediatly because I love by job and that alone is priceless. Also my benefits are awesome and I get alot of time off which I need being a single parent and taking of my daughter when she is sick taking her to all her doc and dental appointments along with mine. So this was a complete no go. I want to say though that I liked Dr. Bayne and if I had the money I would of went to him. There were a few things I wasnt happy about.
1. The surgery had to be in 2 sessions
2. I had to stay in the hospital the night of my tummy tuck which cost 3500.00
3. Because of 2 sessions I had to pay for the room at hospital and Anestegiolist( I know thats not spelled right) which accounted for half the fees.
This site kept my dream alive and I started looking for other options. I will be back with the rest of my story. :) Dont have time to do it all know. Below are the pics I have been using for my consults. I have no problem with modesty on the internet ( Hopefully some day this doesnt come back on me to BITE me in the ass) as I needed other peoples pics to compare and the more pics the better. These hopefully will not be my preop pics because since I have to wait a year I can hopefully find someway to lose 20 more pounds. At this point this was still a dream not a goal.

1. Option I was Considering
So I started looking for safe but more affordable options and I found this review.
Nip Tuck Cut
She looked amazing after his work. His website was http://www.completelaserclinic.com. I am sure he is a great doctor and the prices listed on his website are great but he is an ER surgeon and I was thinking great if I have complications he would know how to save my life but he is not board certified and he does not put you to sleep. You have surgery in his office (I found this a little scary) since a few of the plastic surgeons I had unofficially talk to warned me that these were major surgeries I was asking for and they needed to be done in a hospital. I was talking to the ladies at work about this and the look on there faces were sheer terror that I was even thinking about going this route. I looked him up on the internet found some good and some bad reviews. I gave him a C in my rating scale because there were not enough reviews and the small amount of reviews I found were mixed. I decided this was not an option for me.
At this time I was thinking this is ridiculous I can go to another country and get a board certified surgeon but not in my own. Ding Ding Ding and the light went off and I started considering this option. At first I was scared but after reading reviews on here and finding how many women (even ones in the medical profession like nurses were doing this) I was not so scared anymore. So I decided to find doctor out of the country with great reviews that was board certified.
