Awesome labwork Results
Hey Dolls! I am just over the moon excited about my lab results! Now, originally Almonte told me my hemoglobin had to be 13.5 (not 14.5 as I originally posted) to receive all that I requested bbt,tt,liposuction to abd,waist,flanks,and full back and ba. I am excited to announce that with exactly 69 days until surgery my hemoglobin is 15.4!!!! I was hoping it would be above 13 but I was definitely not expecting 15.4!!!! I am definitely going to continue doing what I am doing and hopefully I can keep it up. I take an iron tab, vit.c, folic acid, and a prenatal vitamin 2x's a day. I also try to incorporate foods high in iron into my diet which is a challenge for me. I am not always consistent so about maybe twice a week I may only take my vit. Regime once a day. I do plan to check my labs again 3- 4 weeks before a leave just to make sure I am still on the right track. That's all for now. Happy planning future dolls!
