There are no words good enough to explain how incredible Dr. Almonte and her staff is. I can confidently say choosing this doctor was one of the best decisions I ever made. Let me start by saying at the time of this review I am exactly one-month post-op of BBL, Tummy Tuck, and Lipo 360, and I am extremely happy with my results. The surgical results exceeded all my expectations. My body looks and feels amazing, and I am genuinely thrilled with my new silhouette. Her dedication to achieving beautiful results is the best I have seen. She will never let you get off her operating table looking dipropionate as she takes pride in her work and has the skill and artistic eye to create the best natural final results. From the first consultation, Dr. Almonte and her team were warm, professional, and completely transparent. They made me feel comfortable, fully informed, and truly care for throughout the entire process. Every single step from pre-op to post-op was handled with attention to detail and compassion. My initial records were evaluated prior where I was informed of all necessary steps to bring my levels to par, then upon arrival I completed heart, lung, blood work evaluations etc. At the time of consultation with the beautiful Oriannys my medical records were evaluated to make certain I was a great candidate. Oriannys even assisted me with one of my doctor’s offices that were being extremely difficult at the time, after several attempts to receive a medical clearance because they felt like it was unrelated so therefore unnecessary. Oriannys made that international call and requested it herself and was successful. Majority of communication occurred by Whatsapp which seemed to be convenient as there was always constant communication instead of waiting for a response to an email. As I arrived in DR, I was picked up from the airport by Jonathan, my assigned driver who was amazing, he was always pleasant, prompt for every appointment, and knowledgeable about the process when taking you to get your clearances prior to surgery. Once I arrived at Dr. Almonte’s office I was greeted with love and compassion by everyone, most importantly Dr. Almonte, her presence was so inviting every anxiety disappeared. Her bedside manners is one thing I can not stop speaking about, to find a doctor that actually cares is not easy. She took the time to hear all my concerns and what was important to me. I showed her a photo highlighting this is how I wanted to look; can I tell you; she nailed it! After surgery she felt like I needed extra overnight around the clock care at the hospital and she made sure I received that from the assigned night nurse. Once released, it was then I got my full encounter with Raquel, very knowledgeable, very fearless, and she makes the post-op process a breeze from the post-op appointments to follow up care once I arrived back to the US. She literally walked me through the entire process of recovery, removing stitches and my drain bag via video call. Additionally, this office recommendation of My Home- Recovery Home was perfect. I had some of the most wonderful staff there, from nurses to kitchen staff. This location was always clean, and I always felt safe. I wanted to sum up my experience in its entirety and hope I didn’t miss anything. I will end in saying this, if you are considering surgery in the Dominican Republic, I cannot recommend Dr. Almonte highly enough, a true professional at her craft who delivers world class results with heart and integrity. As always she never disappoints! Not only is she a great surgeon she’s kind caring and very cautious with every procedure! I had liposuction on my arms, legs, back and flanks and a BBL. I previously had a tummy tuck with her in 2013 and a breast lift and augmentation in 2016 as you can tell by now I trust her! Her staff members Raquel & Oriannys answered every question and concern I had. I really don’t have a single bad thing to say about my experience, service and lastly my surgery. Well my first round was in 2018. I traveled alone two times. Once in September 2018 and just currently this past November 2021. My first round I got tummy tuck liposculpture and a BBL.. I stayed at my home recovery and I felt completely safe there. The nurses were attentive and I felt comfortable being there. Back in 2018 I stayed there for 10 days only. Now currently just this past November I had to stay 14 days it's a new mandate. Honestly my second round was more harder than my first round which seems crazy because the first round I had the tummy tuck . but the second round the Lipo was extremely tough.. especially in my arms. I am still currently healing of course I'm only 47 days postop. But overall I recommend Fatima Almonte she's a safe surgeon and she isn't money hungry
So I went to Dr. Almonte back in August of 2020, and the reason I chose her was because she's medically certified here in the US and the DR and she's really safe she only does 3 surgeries 3 days a week. Dr. Almonte will not do anything to put her patients in danger. I had an incident at the RH I was staying at and Leslie told the owner of the RH OFF, they don't play about their patients PERIODT. The whole process was great I got a TT/BBL/Lipo 360 and I look like a 2 piece and a biscuit with jelly. And I still text Raquel about different things and she still helps me out. On May 17th 2021 I received an extended tummy tuck,bbl and 360 lipo. Dr. Almonte and her staff are amazing. I am 3 weeks post off back home and si far so good. Dr. Almonte listens to what you want to achieve and provides realistic expectations as close and extremely safe as possible and more. She is kind funny and an excellent surgeon. Hello everyone, I am scheduled to have my BBL surgery in March of 2021 with Dr. Fatima Almonte in D.R. Would love to have a sx sister. If anyone is going out there around the same month would be nice to experience it together. I have been wanting this surgery for over 8 years now. I initially had a nice butt but after 3 kids and losing weight so drastically I lost the shape of my butt. I love Almonte work as I’ve seen a previous patient of hers. I had curiosity on how her butt felt and asked if I could touch it. It felt so real, as in soft and bouncy. And I could not help but to want the same for myself. I am excited and can’t wait for this new journey.
Where do I start....my sx sis and I met on Real Self. We planned our trip to see Almonte and planning we did. We booked our tickets,recovery house,bought all additional items needed. Our sx was 3/6/2020. Raquel/Leslie/ Orianna/and Fatima almonte are such beautiful people. Tbier spirit and energy superceded itself. Fatima energy is so humble, patient,.and understanding. Fatima is all about SAFETY AND HEALTH OF HER PT. please dont bring wish pics and all the bs because she is going to give you what your body can handle. Also keep in mind the wish pic isnt you your body or health nor dna. You would want Fatima to operate on you. After sx she comes to check on you and sees how you are. Raquel is my love bug. I had 3 blood transfusion and she made damn sure I was okay as well as the anesthesiologist whose cell phone number I still have were Angel's. I needed the transfusion because my hemo was low and It dropped during surgery but Almonte took care of me. She also found 3 hernias and removed them with no problems. It took for me to go to the DR and for her to discover them....I'm in the USA and these drs here never mentioned a hernia but my Angel/Sister/Dr Fatima Almonte did. I love her so much and her staff.. Depending on the gravity of the seroma, it isbest that you are evaluated by a professional. Seromas from Lipo sculpturesdoes not produce the same amount of fluids as a Tummy tuck patient,usually the amount of fluids produced after a Lipo sculpture the body is ableto absorb on its own if given the proper compression , there can beexceptions and in those cases, it is best to consult with your surgeon or anyother Plastic surgeon that can provided a physical evaluation.
