Ok ladies so am 19 days post been taking my arnica Hearn tea ,applying arnica oil on my back and stomach area but I was itching so bad and I had pinches all over but since yesterday I started taking piriton and I have been sleeping on my hot water bottle and am telling u it worked like magic my itching and d pinching has literally gone and I slept so much better am so pleased with the improvement now I ll need to go for long walks till all the stiffness leaves completely . I woke up dis morning and my ass haas grown smaller wht!is dis a mind trick or am I seeing double or is bcos am not wearing d right faja?
My new regimen
So o got the arnica gel and pills also got arnica herb tea frm my massage therapist I feel a lot better and oh I went clubbing yesterday and oh my gosh u guys won't believe s amount of free drinks I got how vain are men and so thirsty lol and way I had fun lol
