33year Old BBL, Tummy Tuck and Liposculpture - Dominican Republic

I am 33 years old with one child , unfortunately after the miracle of child birth my stomach now has sagging folds of skin, my back has several rolls of back fat and my butt , forget about it, it has went from round defined buttocks to a square, it literally looks like an extension of my back, like sponge bob. I am so sick of having to wear undergarment: girdles, spanks and/ or the squeem over my undergarments to look decent in my clothes. ( I will post pictures) . So, I decided to get a tummy-tuck with lipo-sculpture to the back and waist coupled with a BBL. My plastic surgeon will be Dr. Fatima Almonte, fist I loved her before and after pictures, she can diversify between a very natural look to an extreme make over look, she has excellent reviews, her bedside manner rating was wonderful. I need to know if anything goes wrong my doctor will be present, some of these reviews stated that the doctor didn't show when there was complications, they just told their patient to go to the emergency room and wished them good luck, That's a big NO- NO for me .She also speaks fluent English, which is a MUST,and so far she respond very quickly to every question I ask her on what's app. I just bought my plane tickets and I am trying to pack early I don't want to be in a rush for anything. I decided to stay down there for 10 days to recover in peace .

I had to move the date up to the 12th of January . I am now in a rush to get everything, I was looking at medical grade compression garments, they are soooo expensive, I think it may actually be cheaper in DR. thus I decided to wait and purchase it later. After reading different people reviews I noticed everyone saying that they were nervous as the date got closer. So far I don't have that problem. However I will say that I am very concerned about this huge scar, so I have been researching different scar therapy treatment and ladies I think I have found the best scar therapy treatment ever. it's called Embrace and if you Google it you could see that the scars of a tummy tuck patient are almost non existent. It's very expensive $149 a box and you need six boxes. I didn't care I bought it and you get a HUGE discount if you say you saw them on the doctors. I paid 500 for all 6 boxes.
So I purchased the all inclusive package with Dr. Almonte which comes with a Recovery House but it does not include the massages which are 25 dollars each and you need ten. it also does not cover the extra medical insurance which is $150 dollars. Be prepared to travel with extra money for all the hidden fees. The extra cost don't sway me I am still super excited to be a future Almonte Doll

I am so excited, my scar therapy ( embrace) just arrived in the mail. it is supposed to be the best . treatment for scars. I cant wait to use it. I am almost done with getting my supplies and packing. The countdown begins 43 days away. I am going to post some wish pics. I asked some of the doctors if these are realistic expectations and they plainly told me "NO!!!" How Rude!. They have not seen the before and after pics of Dr. Almonte so I am not stressing their response. I will be flying down to Dr in 5 weeks with high expectations.
