I found Dr. Zuliani on this site and read through all the reviews and he is a human being with all the social graces that you WOULDN'T expect from a surgeon ;) . He was prompt and responsive in his communication and answered all my questions and alleviated my fears. He doesn't operate out of a private practice, it is apart of the Wayne State University Physician Group. Obviously you can check out all the credentials etc, I won't go into that here but he is an Otolaryngologist with specialty in facial aesthetic surgery. The consultation was approximately 30 minutes, pictures taken with morphs and he sent them the next day. I communicated with him on a few occasions there after. I knew he was the surgeon for me based on this consultation.
