I Was Treated with a Shocking Lack of Compassion and Humanity

I stayed quiet for a long time, but after everything I experienced with this clinic, I cannot anymore.

I was treated with a shocking lack of compassion and humanity during one of the hardest periods of my life. While my husband’s mother was seriously unwell and later passed away, instead of support or understanding, I was blocked and made to feel completely disposable after requesting time off.

The emotional stress this caused me and my family was overwhelming. No employee should ever be treated this way during a family crisis or bereavement. The way I was spoken to and cut off added unnecessary pain to an already devastating situation.

My husband was so distressed by how I was treated that he directly messaged the clinic expressing his anger and heartbreak over what had happened.

This review is not about money or revenge. It is about principle, accountability, and warning others about the complete lack of empathy and professionalism I personally experienced here.

In healthcare and dermatology, compassion should matter. Sadly, in my experience, it did not.
