In the US/ UK although available there have been concerns about its safety and I would not recommend IV glutathione.  There are creams that we can give you that will brighten the skin in a far safer way. 

hello, firstly we would take a medical history and examine you to determine the cause. In skin of colour an eczema can lead to darkening and unless we treat this it will continue. In terms of treatment most hyperpigmentation clears with hydro quinone  lightening cream as well as retinol or tretinoin creams. Sometimes urea based products and glycolic creams also help to soften and thickening of top layers of your skin too. Make sure you visit a Dermatology expert, good luck 

Great question! Firstly it is important to differentiate between a brow droop or eyelid droop. This requires careful analysis of pre and pos photos and residual movement of your forehead muscle and eyebrow movement and associated eyelid drooping. Assessment of how strong your forehead muscle is key. Brow lifts can be done by injecting small amounts just underneath the lateral eyebrows. What can also look beautiful is some placement of filler around the eyebrow arch as this looses volume with age to enhance and recreate that beautiful valley where light reflects ! so in summary this analysis / assessment is best done dynamically with your practitioner and of course what desired result you wish.

Hello , in experienced hands this malar melasma is easily treatable. However once you are prone to melasma once treated and cleared it requires careful prevent so that the pigmentation does not re-occur. 

The tried and tested approach ( subject to what you have already tried) is Hydroquinone cream followed by chemicals peels. It will clear nicely with that. Most dermatology experts would try this before lasers. However laser can be used with hydroquinone or Vitamin A suppression.

Good luck but certainly do not think you can't treat it. Every doctor has a slightly different approach.

Hi, you have beautiful features - as a Dermatology and Aesthetic doctor I would perform  holistic assessment of you face and skin. Looking at your photos I would recommend some cheek filler for anterior projection and some chin filler to correct the dip which would beautifully re balance the face and draw the eye to a more balanced face, I would also review your skincare. 

I’m sorry you experienced this. Unfortunately can happen when strong laser energy settings are used with the Yag laser especially around the nose. The scar appearance is what we call an ‘strophic scar’ where the collagen within the skin has broken down. With time this may improve without treatment but collagen building procedure such as local micro needling will be worthwhile considering and there is good medical evidence of microneedling being just as good as fractional lasers which I suspect you would be keen to avoid! Whether this lifts with Dermal filler depends whether the scar is fixed or not but often even if the scar is tethered down and fixed with the needle of the dermal fillers a procedure known as subcision is done. Don’t forget high sunscreen and high retinol cream also helps scar remodelling. All the best 

Hi Myaa, generally we would wait at least 2 weeks after Hydrafacial and possibly 4 weeks after depending on the appearance of your skin. After microneedling you want to let the skin heal and encourage collagen production and not interfere too much, as a dermatology doctor my preference is Skin pen and ZO skincare after for recovery then Hydrafacial 4 weeks later.
