I was unhappy with the changes in my face and neck...
I was unhappy with the changes in my face and neck. Botox and fillers were just not enough anymore. I knew two other women who had various facial procedures done by Dr. Folk and I was impressed by how natural they looked. I interviewed Dr. Folk and another surgeon, and believed both would do a fine job. I was especially impressed with the way Dr. Folk looked at my face and immediately had vision of the end result and how to achieve it. I immediately felt very comfortable with Dr. Folk and her entire office staff. The hospital staff and environment at Rose Medical center were fabulous. I am a Nurse Anesthetist, so I was especially aware of the level of care provided, and they were amazing!
The first 24 hours were intense, but my surgery was on Thursday- over eight hours- and by Sunday morning I was out to breakfast and walking in the Cherry Creek Mall. I had minimal bruises under my eyes, easily covered with concealer. It does take some time for everything to settle in, so don't expect to be ready for a special event immediately after an eight hour procedure.
I am totally thrilled with my face and especially my neck. I would add that I think a neck lift is essential as I have seen many women with beautiful faces, but the neck, if not done- or not done well gives it all away.
In conclusion this was the best money I have ever spent, and would do it again in a heart beat- maybe even sooner, and absolutely with Dr. Folk
