I had my first augmentation in 2001 by Dr. John Squires in Denver using saline implants. I went from a AA to a D-DD size. I was so happy with Dr. Squires, his team and the results of my procedure. Dr. Squires answered every question and concern I had before my first augmentation and put me at great ease. I just replaced my saline implants (due to rupture on my left side) with silicone implants. I had my 420cc saline implants removed and had them replaced with 492cc silicone yesterday. My augmentation looks wonderful and they feel much more natural than the saline implants. Dr. Squires did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. I feel more confident having had my augmentation done in 2001 and am even happier making the decision to switch to silicone this time. They feel more like natural breast tissue. I feel more confident when I had my first augmentation and absolutely love my silione replacements. I feel beautiful!!!

8 days post-op and feeling great! I forgot to mention that I had very little discomfort after my surgery due to pockets already made from my first implants. Had some discomfort in the incision area and on the sides towards my ribs. Had to take it easy to bend & reach for anything or put on my shoes. Hands down, the 2nd time around is so much easier. I am still SO glad I chose the silicone implants. I am small framed & the saline rippled especially after a few years. I don't have this issue with the silicone. They feel and look so natural. I had another consult with Dr. Squires again today and we were both very excited at how great my new breasts look. I love seeing the staff there as well, Marissa is just wonderful everytime I see her. Melissa, Kerri & Amy are fabulous as well. Great team!

2 weeks post op & breasts look beautiful. I feel great & have very little discomfort in the incision under my right breasted.....really none on my left side. I was given the clear by Dr. Squires to wear regular bras if I felt comfortable & ready. I was so excited! I bought a few new bras..demi lace cup & I have beautiful lift & cleavage. I have a few others. I am so happy with my results......photos still to come!
