Big mistake - my implant crown has fallen off twice

Big Mistake!

Excellent... until it wasn't. Dr. Kaloti has a wonderful personality which makes you feel very secure. He opened his practice in Oakville around 2018 and sold it in 2022. It turns out that the implant hardware he used is from out of country and not approved in Canada. He also cements the implant crown in vs. screw it in, again his being old technology. My implant crown has fallen off twice since he put it in and I am now having to pay to have the abutment and crown replaced just 3 years after I had it done. Such a disappointment. Do not go there unless you have done your research, but save yourself time, money and additional dental work in the future by not falling for his act. He should lose his license and he likely will in time.

I also learned that the lab you use for your veneers and crowns is located in China (no wonder I had to wait so long) and that the implant abutment in my implant like others was a temporary part (and not approved for use in Canada) and which was never supposed to be used as a permanent solution.
How on earth have you justified your unethical practices? Why did you do this to me and to all of your other implant and veneer patients? And why would I contact you to discuss these problems when it is clear to me and others that you are a pathological liar? I am lodging a complaint with the Ontario Dental Association and the next time you hear from me, it will be from my lawyer. I am posting this here, to warn others to stay very far away from you.
Shame on you Hisham! Shame!
