I had a donut mastopexy w/implants 12 years ago after breastfeeding 2 babies. My breasts started sagging again over the last several years and they were uncomfortable and ugly. I had my silicone implants removed(one was completely ruptured), smaller silicone implants were placed sub muscularly; breast tissue and skin were removed with vertical/lollipop and short horizontal incision; and my areolas were made much smaller:) Dr Chasan is a miracle worker and an artist! Incisions are healing very nicely, and I can tell that they will be close to invisible within a year! The size and shape of my breasts are perfect for my body, and for the first time in my life, I will be able to go braless and feel confident. My recovery has been fine. What pain/anxiety I had, was easily controlled with meds. I am so happy with my decision to have Dr Chasan perform my surgery! He has so far, exceeded my expectations. (I plan on doing more procedures with him in the future)

Welcome to the community! I'm so happy that you decided to join in and share your personal experience here on RealSelf. What size are your implants now? Would you feel comfortable sharing some before and after photos with the community?

What a difference! They just keep getting better everyday!!!! I can workout, low impact of course, and in one more week, no restrictions.
I am still having a bit of shooting nerve pain that lasts for a few seconds and then goes away, but that is part of the normal healing process.
Next post op visit in one month.
