Been to both his Del Mar and Rancho Bernardo offices. The staff at both locations is unreal. If there were 10 stars, they'd get 11. They are kind, attentive and treat you like they would treat their own family. When you meet Dr. Pacella, you'll understand why- he sets the bar pretty high. I've never had a bad experience there. He managed to work within the time constraints of chemotherapy and other surgeons and treated me like a priority. As a cancer patient, you spend a lot of time in Dr. offices and it's draining, his visits were always uplifting and enough can't be said for those short reprieves... and there was never a wait, which shocked me. Now healed & well, I once had to wait 15-20 min. I reasoned that he spent extra time with me during my "shock" phase, and if he was giving that kind of patience and attention to another woman in whose shoes I'd been, I'd have waited all afternoon .
