BEST Decision! Breast Augmentation 5'4 120lbs

Hello to all the ladies out there browsing. Its hard to put into words my entire experience however I will try and not get to long winded. My stats are 38 yrs 5'4 120lbs 32 A with 1 child. I went about 8 years ago to look at breasts implants with a different plastic surgeon. Let's say he seemed off so I never went back and put it out of my mind, or so I thought. It wasn't until I had a close friend who had amazing results with her doctor that I started the reconsideration process. SO VERY HAPPY I DID!:)
When I went for my consultation with Dr. Loffman he was very professional and I could tell he had a compassionate bedside manner. I told him what I was looking for and that I didn't want to go to big as in "unnatural". I told him I'd like to be a C cup and told me to achieve that that 300cc Sientra Moderate Profile Plus would be a great fit. I tried on the sizers and liked what I seen in the mirror so I scheduled the surgery. This is when his technician I formed me of this site and said to make sure thats exactly what I am lookin for. She was very thorough in explaining expectations and told me what to expect when going bra shopping afterwards. I had no clue the bra gods were messing with us ladies and that the sizes are different from brand to brand. I wouldnt have known this as I've always been into false advertisement and Victoria Secret allowed me to do that successfully for years. My surgery date was set for January 14th but in that time I changed my mind and decided to ask Dr. Loffman if we could go up a little bit.....a 300 with a blessing on top. He said he would do it and it was no issue at all. I figured with all the reviews on this site explaining how they wish they went bigger I'd just go with it so as to not be disappointed. When it was the surgery date I followed all the recommended prior care with the Hibiclens. I came to the surgery site in comfy clothes and went through the prep process and it went by fast. Before I knew it I was out of surgery and felt great. I had no pain and felt like I'd had the best sleep of my life while out. I had a lot of energy after and didn't need much help getting dressed and to my friends car. I went home and did the suggested after care and started taking pics to post as I recovered. The results are fantastic and I cannot thank Dr. Loffman enough!;) Will add before pics once I find some from prior years.

Here are some before pictures when I was a 32A.......now I am 32D!:) As you can clearly see my weight has affected the size of my breasts over the years but they were never going to get as big as I wanted with weight gain. Let me also say that all women in my family are big chested women, so naturally I thought eventually Id be blessed too, nope!
I will post some updated pictures of my ladies enjoying the summer sun in 2021, if it will ever get here.
