Dr. DiFrancesco is more than happy to answer any and all questions and her office staff is wonderful. I talked with Kristi quite a bit and she went above and beyond to help me find and schedule a doctor's appointment, get my second post-surgical bra when there was a shipping snafu, and find alternatives to smoking for the required period. She's extremely friendly and helpful and just fun to work with.
The surgery went smoothly, recovery is coming along great, and the results are exactly what I'd said I'd wanted. Dr. DiFrancesco listened to what I wanted, was realistic about what was possible, and delivered exactly what she said she would. When I had a few questions the day after she called me back immediately even though it was her day off. Overall, she and her staff are extremely professional and talented. I would definitely recommend Dr. DiFrancesco to anyone wanting plastic surgery.
