WORTH IT
I've been dealing with dark circles under my eyes since childhood. It's just always been hallow under my eye and as an adult I've developed some hyperpigmentation also. I got tear trough fillers with Dr Lee on 7/7/20 and it had greatly improved the look underneath my eyes. I will insert a photo of me before the filler and 24 days after. Less than a week after I got the filler I noticed an unevenness under my eye. I contact the office immediately and was told I would have to wait 3 weeks until any swelling went away before they could see me again (just to makes sure the uneven wasn't just swelling). They booked me a follow up appointment so I could come back if it continued to be uneven. I did end up going to the follow up and showing Dr Lee the problem. She noticed what I was talking about and put more filler in the one side to make it even to the other side. Dr Lee is super sweet and a pleasure to be around. She listened my concerns and acted appropriately. Now I am happy with my result and no longer have to put makeup or highlights under my eye to feel better about myself. I was told the affects only last 6 months to a year so I would definitely go back. The procedure did hurt and not going to lie. I had tears coming down my eyes but my pain tolerance is very low (like none at all) so I do take that into account. But even with the pain it was worth it.

2 month update

After two months my dark circles are back. From what I was told, the filler is suppose to last for about it 6 months or longer. It's disappointing to have paid that much for it only to last 2 months. I think I may try this again with a different doctor (not that it's Dr Lee's fault). I just went to see if maybe a different technique may work better. If I do decide to try this again, I won't be until March 2021.

Oh my gosh, this is one of the reasons I haven't tried this, I want to but not sure it's worth it. I have thge same issue, dark circles since as long as I can remember, but I get dysport/botox treatments and they only last, I mean finished done, back to normal within 2 months with Botox maybe a week longer with dysport!! :(
The place I go to charges 900.00 or more for tear trough filler. That's expensive for me! I would expect it to last long for that amount of $$$. I would be sooo sooo pissed if it lasted 2 months! They say under the eyes should atleast last 6 to 12 months, but can last longer because of the area, not as much movement as other areas! Gosh!:/

Yeah. This office is cheaper but still to much for such a short amount of time. I guess at this point there isn't great fix for dark circles. Like I said still want to try one more time with a different place. If you fine anything more permanent let me know!!

I've heard from a Dr. On utube, talking about PRF for tear troughs. Sounds promising, hoping it becomes a thing, I haven't seen it in my neck of the woods, hoping for something more long lasting for us fast burners. I know a neouronoxtin is waiting to be approved, I think, claims to last 6 months. I'd be excited to try it! If it lasts 6 months in most people, I may actually make it to 3 months!!
