20 day update
The swelling has gone down a ton and I feel great about my nose. My nose fits my face so great people that have known me need to see a before picture to see the changes even though huge changes where made. That's how natural it looks!
The skin on my nose is still flakey and I'm having a terrible time getting rid of the blackheads and pimples on it.
I would do this again in a second if I where to go back in time.

Day one after cast removal and swelling
Okay, so I know swelling right? I don't know I'm a bit anxious/scared that my nose looks to long/big still. I can tell its swollen but yah.
I think I like my nose more with the cast on haha ...had less swelling but W/E I just have to wait.
I'm a little down right now so I will post a pic sooner or later haha...
don't get me wrong its better then my old nose alot better but the width of it right now at the bridge and things is bigger . I'm just rambling now :) so I will update you again soonish!

Cast off!!
My cast is finally off and omg the stents where so freaking huge. My nose is awesome and huge so swollen but omg I love it. Nose is kinda leaking right now hope that clears up sooner then later. This is not a very big update I have to be someplace but yah! Worth it still and I'm happy :P I still don't recognize myself in the mirror though. I'll post pictures when I get it cleaned up sooooooooooo manyyyy pimples on my freaking nose.

I had a consultation with Dr.Cochran two years before I actually committed to having the surgery. I met with him a couple months before and I was reassure that I felt safe with him. The surgery went great and all the nurses and the anesthesiologist where so kind. I love my new nose even though I have a long road of healing ahead and would do it all over again if I had too. Awesome doctor awesome staff :D.
