I am now 4 weeks post op. Haven't had any pain since the first couple days. Probably due to the revision and the fact I think the 410cc were too small for the original pocket so the stretching feeling went away the first week. They are very soft and fit the pocket I already had nicely. Sleeping comfortably on my side even wake up on my belly which I know I'm not to do.
It is easy to hide the size in tops but look great in a swim suit. Still waiting for the tape to fall off on its own and it is starting to look gross. But I have read it helps the tension of the incision to be the smallest scar when worn for longer. I am getting use to the side boobs. Something I didn't have with the HP 300cc Saline. Went to VS and am about a 34D-34DD depending on the bra. I even have a bra I bought at Target that is 38C no underwire but very granny looking. How a 625cc implant can be a 38C bra is beyond me. Still loving the new set much better.

I am 40, 5/7" 118lbs and a runner. In Feb 1998 I had my first BA after breastfeeding my daughter. I had always been an A or even an AA and after breastfeeding I felt like a AAA. I had 300cc Textured Round Saline. I was a full size C. Which looked great for my age of 23 but over time and the thinning of my breast tissue they looked more like two grapefruits on my chest. I had my 2nd BA on 4/30/14 with 410cc smooth round Moderate Sientra Gummy Bear implants. I pretty much knew right away I was not happy with them. They seemed smaller even though I went up 110cc's. When I laid down my chest was FLAT! They were squishy and soft and I loved the way they felt just too small. They looked great when I pushed them up in the Size 34C MAX push up bra but really I had implants, I shouldn't need the MAX push up bra right? In my sports bras I looked like a B, all smooshed flat. So I decided to do another BA. On 2/19/15 I had 625cc round smooth moderate PLUS implants done. I am one week post op and love them so far!! Trust me I kept telling my DH 600cc is too big!! 550cc is what I should do but I listened to my PS and went with 625cc and I am so glad I did. I feel I have a small frame. I wear a size 2 and small in shirts usually. I can't wait for them to settle in fully so I can go bra shopping. So far in the sports bras I have nice side boob but still project nicely and not too much! No idea what size I am now but guessing a D to DD. More Pics as I progress......

Thanks for sharing your results! I had a BA 11 years ago with saline 360cc overfilled to 390cc, I started out as a 32 AA or AAA. Since my first BA I always wished I was a little bigger and I currently wear a 32 DD padded bra. I am having my second BA this Saturday with Sinetra moderate plus profile 625 cc and I am pretty nervous that it will be too big. My goal is to achieve the look I have with a padded bra now without the padding and my PS thinks 625cc will achieve that. I tried the sizers on with a sports bra and I like how it looks so I am trying to trust that and not focus so much on the size of the implant because it freaks me out lol! I am also hoping to reduce my rippling with the silicone. Anyway, seeing your results makes me feel more comfortable going with the 625cc. :)
