Post OP 3 months

I recently went on vacation. I'm learning to accept my new body. It's not perfect but I am happy with myself now. I still have some swelling, numbness and tingling sensations around my waist and flank areas. I wear my garment during the day and it helps with all this issues. My breasts lost a lot of fat but I'm ok with that. I have unevenness on my breasts but I think it will go away in time. My body is healing slower than others who's had this type of surgery. I go back to see my doctor in 3 months for my 6 month post op appointment. Pics were taken July 30th.

6 weeks PO and Not Happy

Ok I've been MIA because I'm kinda embarrassed about my results. I'm very disappointed with my results that I wish I never decided to have cosmetic surgery on my body.
Here's the story at about day 7, I noticed my lower abdomen was very swollen and looked like it was retaining a bunch of fluid. My doctors NP and I decided to drain the fluid with a srynge. After that was done I started to notice the puffiness is still there but I now have what looks to me a second belly button. It's embarrassing and wish I never had Lipo. My body does not look like I had any work done except for my waist. My inner thighs, upper back, upper stomach, lower stomach does not look like I had Lipo. I don't know what to do except for me to get a tummy tuck, but I'm afraid that will not look good either. Please help me I need advise on what what to do.
Thanks ladies

3 weeks PO

Wow I can't believe it's only been 3 weeks since my breast fat transfer surgery. So far I've experience tingling, itching, swelling and soreness. Not much bruising going on anymore. For the itching I put on cortisone cream and for the swelling I use arnicare and soak in Epson salt for 30 mins. The swelling is semi severe by the end of the day but I think it's because my faja from CYSM doesn't fit me anymore like it should. I bought a size medium last week and now I need a size small. So this time I bought a size small with three hooks to make the faja tighter and tighter for when the swelling goes down. I bought an ab board two weeks ago, since I started wearing the ab board it has helped a little. However I really don't wear it every day because it leaves a crease at the top of my stomach. So because of that and the new faja being a smaller size I bought lipo foam for the creases and pain from the faja. I lost volume on my breasts but not too much and I'm ok with that. I'm just happy I don't have saggy saggy breasts after removing my 560CC implants. I noticed my waist and hips are not even but I'm hoping with the smaller size faja it will even out. My lower abdomen still has that weird indentation from when the nurse removed fluid 3 weeks ago. I'm hoping it will even out as well with the smaller faja, if not I'll have saggy and lumpy skin and I don't like that at all. I have another post op appointment this Thursday so I'll bring it up again and ask what are my options to correct that. I uploaded 2 weeks vs 3 weeks pics. I like the collages because it shows how much change has happened since the last week. Let me know what y'all think. Thanks ladies!!! XOXO
