Change is coming

This is day 11 post op and of course I'm still healing. I've noticed several changes in my body such as fluid retention when I add sodium to my diet, immediate BM, and lack of energy. On my 10 day follow-up Dr. J gave me the ok to return to my supplement routine so that should give me a big energy boost. As far as the changes in my butt, they are as to be expected. My swelling is going away and the shape is changing. I just hope that I don't lose anymore volume. My lipo areas are still sore but much better. I was able to sit on my thighs using the towel roll yesterday and I was thankful!!! So now I'm trying to figure out how to dress this thing until it settles in its final stage.

Tick tock

Omg Dr. J is soooo awesome! He called me personally to check on me after hearing about my concerns and put all my fears to rest. He took time out of his day to reach out to me and answer my questions. He says that time will bring about a change in the shape of my butt so I shouldn't judge prematurely. He also emphasized eating a high calorie diet so that I don't lose most of the fat. I will contine to trust his judgement and post my journey. As far as my recovery I'm feeling just fine. Im off of the pain meds and take Tylenol as needed. My nephew (age 7) likes my new walk because he says I walk like a penguin (thanks to inner thigh lipo) Thanks Dr. J!!!

Don't want to wait 6 mos for BBL Revision

I just had my bbl 5 days ago and I could tell from day1 that I was going to need a revision. I have absolutely no side projection!!! Which super sucks!!! I'm in recovery with a butt that I don't want (miserable) I've been reading about revisions, but people are saying to wait 3-6 mos. My lipo experience was not aggressive and I seriously doubt I have much scar tissue. My swelling is at a minimal. I can see that I still have fat in my abdomen and thighs that can give me the projection I desire. Why should I wait 3-6 mos ? Any feedback?

I like Dr. J and his wife. He was confident in his work and reassured me that my best results were his top priority. He is willing to hold your hand through the process and thereafter. The staff were courteous and friendly. I hope to continue working with them in the future.
