Back to normalish
Haven't updated because everything has seemed so normal. I started trying to do some cardio and can't wait to start arm weights again. Sleeping totally flat and have little to no pain at all. I still love my new boobs and have gotten used to having bigger ones again. All my clothes still fit and it's pretty subtle unless I wear something v neck.
Feeling great
I'm feeling great overall. I got my sutures out and they removed my steri strips. I can start the stationary bike next week. Went back to work day 5 post op and I will say my boobies were sore by the end of the day and I had back spasms, but feels good to get back to normal.
Couple of notes from my checkup. My PS confirmed NOT to massage textured implants. They need two weeks to adhere to your tissues to avoid seromas. I bought some silicone cream to start using, biocornium two weeks post. I'm going to try lightening cream on my old scars. My PS thinks it might help since I'm so fair skinned.
Bought some cheap compression panties from target and seamless wireless comfort bras (jockey) from target too, they are what I wear out of the house and I sleep with my surgical bra over my night shirt so the seams don't rub my incisions. I can't cover them because my body hates tape and polysporin/Neosporin. I used ointment last night again to test and am itchy and red again.
My appetite has been pretty low since I haven't been working out. Still eating my usual stuff like oatmeal, yogurt, salads etc. with some treats from time to time. My reaction to sodium after this surgery is nothing compared to my tummy tuck. I would swell and get miserable.
Started sleeping pretty flat again, but looking forward to side sleeping in the near future. Cheers!

My body hates surgical tape
I took Benadryl yesterday morning but it wore off and my body started getting angry at the surgical tape. So I put polysporin on, covered with anon stick pad and put on a tighter tank to keep it in place. Took a Zyrtec and put cortisone ointment on and hope to get relief soon.
